But this video was made on the java version of Minecraft and that currently does not work with the RTX sofware and hardware hence why the performance is so much lower compared to the windows version. The upside to this is that this works both on amd and nvida cards. RTX is a brand that nvida owns so it would be wrong to call it RTX since it works on any gpu not only nvidia cards
I would like to see if the stuff in the video even works, while play Minecraft, where it is impressive how he made it look, when that is said, can you still mine block, kill ender dragon and so on. or is this pre setup. so when you try to do the same, you can't place most of these custom blocks.
It is surprising on how much you can change a block game to a Real life like game with a few texture changes and right shaders to make it look like a completely different game out of all. I would love to do this one day with my MC but until then it will have to wait.
To be fair, the game runs on a platform that is still updated today and the game's graphic rendering itself was massively changed somewhere around 1.6 and 1.8, so not 2009.
I like the plant growing through the glass shower. That is not a plant you want to be anywhere near while showing either, I have them outside the window of my home as a deterrent. They will give u stitches! That said it looks amazing! I just wish someone would show what it looks like breaking and placing blocks on these crazy mods.

I said it once when ultimate immersion mod was created, that this actually offers home architecture visualisation via minecraft gameplay. Before only in MC you could do it but soon UE5 will come offering same level of detail.
You can see that there are some stutters but depending on what he has the graphics card with like cpu example or ram, but 4090 is still struggling a bit for this especially recording but overall still great card!

The wattage and temps are awfully low, seems like some undervolting may be going on. Last time i saw a 4090 pushed in Minecraft it was still getting low 20 fps but pushing 600 plus watts.
@@ZedDevStuff with the proper paoer supply the 4090 can achieve over 600 Watts of power under load. With those frame rates something is going on, even if using shaders on a 4k display
I totally agree with this statement. I have been saying this since Modders started making thing for Minecraft, it's a shame, that a firm, that made billions. can't even make content on a scale above Modders. Or graphical changes. like Modders has done in a lot of games so far.
Tho I think that's what makes the game "special". The modding community and mojang, it's basically a win-win for them. People can express their creativity and some of them even get paid to do these kinds of stuff. If mojang implements the same kinds of stuff, or even something similar it would feel as if it's a replacement for them. Plus isn't that minecraft's purpose ? Expressing creativity ? It's at a constant 99%, which is probably a reporting bug to be honest. I think it's just optifine and minecraft, it can't handle all this stuff. Btw the card is watercooled.

@@hodilton have you tried setup like this with fabric + iris instead of forge + optifine? With mods like sodium lithium and phosphor this should yield more fps
@@NucEn Unfortunately this mod is only compatible with forge. So fabric is a no go. :(
