Soft focus lens for photography

This is a lens cell from a cine Japanese 16mm film Camera. Make is unknown. This lens was simply attached with some tape on a juice plastick bottle cape where the hole was drilled. That possibly, actually explain bokeh. It's possible to make a shape or pinhole for future projects. The lens is a single cell, it is soft possible f2. It creates soft and distorted images in the edges.
