For people who like DIY .. this is serious f*****ing FUN!!!!!! two screws lost, one left over... and BOOM it boots up. I was thinking about 100-1 that it wouldn't turn on. Camera didn't work until I restarted it a second time. Try a tweezers and a non magnetic screw driver for the really tiny screws.

Always, always, always remove the battery connection 1st before removing ANY other cables. This way you will not short out anything on the mother board.
Daughter was upset and used the phone as a hammer, screen is shattered and case bent, pretty destroyed, thought I'd take a crack at it, but don't want to invest too much money. I can replace the screen, but unsure if the battery is good, it has a slight line in it where it bent. Any way to tell if the battery is still good?
When I burned motherboard while lcd replacement in the end I gave it to profesional service, they fix it up in one day and I payed like 50euro for it, so if you dont wanna blow up that phone in your face, better give it to the pros to take a look, in my opinion if you charge fuckedup battery it will catch fire instantly or blow up so I would be extremly cautious (or blow up after some time, you never know) Batteries are cheaper than screen so its not a big deal in my opinion, I would replace both just in case. Search for videos on how mobile battery blow up, it can make a lot of damage, especially to a kid (they often put smartphones under the pillow when they sleep -> madness [the battery is overheating there and boom)
Make sure you are using the correct screwdriver. Should be a #000 Phillips screwdriver. If you have the correct driver and still can't remove the screws you might try and place something over the screw like saran wrap to provide a little extra friction. Good luck. Hope this helps.
I repaired my 6s using a screen I bought online from ifixit, the screen works but it's is inferior to the original LCD, color is not the same, its way to touch sensitive and when I'm texting the text buttons freezes, overall not as good as the original LCD. I paid 60$ when I could have just paid an extra 90 and had it repaired with OEM screen at Apple.
What kind of phone was this because I tried doin it with an IPhone 6s but at the end you had 4 outputs with 4 inputes. On the other hand I had 4 outputs and only 3 inputs. Did I do something wrong or do I need to get another screen to do this again?

Mine or not magnetic and I cannot get the screws back in the holes to reattach the large back plate. The screws are so tiny I am having trouble seeing them.

This dude is using an actual pry tool yet I'm over here ready to stab the shit outa this old iphone with my knife lol. Only worked on my android till now but my little cousin got a new iphone so she gave me her old one to mess with. Oof he said to be very careful when removing the LCD I was very rough on one of my old phones so now it works but the screen dont work so if I charge it it still vibrates and gives notifications lol.
