Trust Park T Sang has worked and trained well with PV Sindhu over the months to meet the fine nuances of her opponents for the Tokyo Olympics.All said and and done P Gopichand tactics or lessons PVS over her Tournaments on court have always been very defensive approach which lacked aggressiveness or the killer instinct approach , till she beat the Japanese player N Okhuhara under the lady coach .... who also quit after her Basel victory

I remember the condition of Indian badminton female players before Gopichand started to train junior players,Aparna popat was best one capable to move till 2nd or 3rd round. Gopichand gave us champion players like kashyap,srikant,Saina and Sindhu. Sindhu is world champion now,so see needed a full time coach. I am sure she is still in touch with Gopichand and will remain so in future.
those creating unnecessary controversy should use a little common sense. gopichand's aim is not to make sindhu an olympic champion but rather produce or guide hundreds of badminton players who could compete at olympics at once and bring India gold, silver and bronze by having as many Indians at the top 10 or 20..
Whatever might have been the reasons of split,Sindhu should have acknowledged contribution of Gopichand Sir in her press meet after coming back from Tokyo.
He should just run his academy. I feel there is conflict of interest because he is a national coach as well.

I guess gopichand is the most disciplined coach or guru i have ever seen she nurtured sindhu and also to avoid distractions snatched her smart phone and made her a world class shuttler and when park was the coach of sindhu she managed bronze in 2020 but when gopichand was the coach she got too close of gold but managed silver only so gopichand will be a name in future of indian shuttlers as well

Gopichand doesn’t have a single mentor.He grew under many gurus.He visited several countries,inquired intricacies of the game and developed his own style based on the experience he gained and started coaching younger generations.He is able to provide all the skills he got from various places at a single place ie. his academy.
Remember there is no coach in any game who produced two Olympic medallists for India.Appreciate him.And he never spoke a word when players went away from his academy.He maintained dignity.He is doing his job silently.Bringing laurels to India.

Gopi sir is a class act, he is beyond egos. It is these players who see success with him leave and come back( Saina). If not for Gopi sirs initiative of putting his house in line and building academy, these stars would have not born.

Saindhava questioned Acharya when Arjun wanted to kill him by evening in kurshetra all were trained by him but why Arjun became most powerful then acharya told I had taught all equally,all of you satisfied what you had learned from me but Arjun worked hard developed more that's the reason he exceed and won medals like saina and sindhu so all will be thought basic by pullela chand later it's for them to work hard to become ARJUN.
