Sometimes, if you need to get more engagement on your page. Unless it’s traceable and you can track the results you are getting, boosting doesn’t make sense
If you really think that youre 20$ shopify shop and your knowledge is enough then prove it! Lets build a store from what you sell for 20$ and lets see if it works!
