Failure to Yield, Turning into Wrong Lane, Brake Checking - BY32658 Ontario Black Van

At approximately 2012 Eastern Time on 2024-09-13 the driver of a black van bearing the Ontario license plate BY32658, possibly a Mercedes Sprinter, was observed failing to yield when exiting a driveway, turning into the wrong lane, and then brake checking the observer when they were honked at.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Bayview Ave & High Tech Rd.
