Yesssss I love Holiday World, we used to go with our cousins in Louisville for my brother's birthday in June. I rode my first ever roller coaster there as well, The Raven.
Holiday World is one of the top 3 parks I've been to, just after Dollywood and Universal Studios Florida.
I've been to this park 8 times and it still does not get old. :D
Such a unique and gem of a theme park. I was lucky enough to ride Pilgrims Plunge when it was in operation. I didn't know they took it down! D:
Kyle R yeah, it's unfortunate it was removed. I never got to ride it but was sad when I saw the station and concrete pad still there. Hopefully they'll find a suitable replacement for it soon!
Kyle R it kept breaking down was more downtime then uptime so sadly it had to go.

Who else here is hyped for Firecracker? I think it will be a great addition for their 4th of July section and will really fill a void that was left when Sparkler was moved to Thanksgiving. I think someday they should get a Eurofighter to put in the 4th of July section and have it themed to a fighter jet.
Elias Mertens I am! but I do feel like the entire 4th section is lacking. I really think they need a coaster there considering both thanksgiving and Halloween have 2 coasters each now.

It’s super fun make sure to ride all of the coasters (but the voyage is a little rough. It basically never ends)

They should of named the raven coaster, "Nevermore", it seems like a more clever name if they wanted to go with the raven poem by Edgar Allen Poe .

I am going there today with my school choir. The 2 hour bus ride is going to be so worth it!
I loved being able to live near it.
You forgot about their former steel family coaster, Firecracker. It was removed for the Holidog Fun Town area.
It was a Pinfari Zyclon model. My father used to work on it and he said he was glad they got rid of it. My father is a former worker of Holiday World.
Coaster Nano ahhh the firecracker. I do kinda miss it myself. It wasnt that good but i have alot of childhood memories of it. That and the thunder bumpers of Chesapeake bay. And the creepy wax museum of celebrities... otoo bad they're gone :(
Firecracker was the first coaster I ever rode. With my dad back in the 80s. Scared me to death at the time. hehe.
I ended up eventually riding the Raven 121 in one season.

omg I went here a while ago when I was in middle school and I was dumb and didn't ride the voyager!! and I showed up right after wildebeest opened so it was a 2 1/2 hour wait! But I'm depressed that they got rid of pilgrims plunge, that was my favorite ride!!
I have been to holiday world before 2 actually and it is the best!!!
I went there last year defiantly recominded fun free stuf and make sure to use a lot of sunscreen on a sunny day .
I used to go every year. stopped in 2014. I gotta go back to ride the Thunderbird.You barely put a dent in the water park.
Take it from a guy who rode it: The Raven can give you headaches. It throws you around in your seat many times, and goes fast. But I didn't get one until I rode in the front seat, so..... Also, I rode in the front seat of the Legend (after it got improved) and I got stuck on the hill's drop for about 20 min. before it started up again. So, wooden roller coasters mess with you. Especially at Holiday World. But otherwise it's fun. So, enjoy the visit!

Can you make a parody of the loch ness monster. Great coaster but easy to joke about
projecticeman365 I've thought about making a Loch Ness parody before but have never really been able to get it off its feet. I'm just not sure It'd make a good video, so I don't think i'll be parodying it
it doesnt suck, its unique and smooth by arrow standards, and its fun so weather u like it or not its a legendary coaster

Thanks Coaster Bot-Studios for this. Been dying to go here for ages. RANDOM COASTER QUESTION: Do there exist data on amusement park lines, and if so, does anyone know where I can find it? In order of my curiosity: 1. Which amusement park's coasters have the longest lines by average time? 2. Which coaster in the world has the longest lines by average time? 3. Which days/months have shown to have the longest lines? It seems to me that this is vital or at least interesting info for any enthusiast, yet I can't find it. Even if parks don't want to advertise average line wait times, it seems it would be easy for fans to start a database, so I'm hoping one is out there. Thanks for any response!
Hi Lee! Glad to hear you enjoyed the video. I'm not sure whether information about queue lengths can be found anyway. It seems like a database would be worth creating though; I'd like to see that happen in the future. Sorry that I couldn't really answer the question.
Thanks. Actually, even an 'I don't know' response is a kind of answer for me, as it tells me I'm not the only one who can't find this stuff. I'd especially love to know which parks and coasters regularly have the longest lines. There are coaster geeks to analyze everything, yet we don't have any empirical data on this basic question?
Lee Johnson Speaking of Holiday World specifically, I always remember it not being nearly as crowded as say Six Flags in Louisville. I always enjoyed holiday world for that exact reason

People in my grade don't believe holiday world exists and don't believe santa clause Indiana exists eather. Why I go to holiday world is my family lives there. My home park is actually kings island because that is the closest theme park to me

The Legend needs to be RMCd and named The Legend27... Kappa
Suren 力 As cool as it would be to see an RMC at holiday world, they won't touch legend, nor should they. If they ever got an RMC it should be one of the T-Rex models.

I have been to Holiday world twice and thought it was okay. I mean splashin safari is good but just not a fan of the park. Rather go to Kentucky Kingdom, Kings Island or Dollywood

Well the voyage has never been number 1 because El Toro was built in 2006 and it is has been and always will be number 1!!!

That I have to disagree with. I love both parks but I really enjoyed Holiday World. It has a lot of charm and a friendly atmosphere, with good food, rides, and attractions. To each his own, but I wouldn't refer to the park as "a joke."
7th Day Productions your education is a joke if you think KI is 5 times further than holiday world. No matter where you like, unless your super close, ki can't be 5 times away. Also imo voyage is better than thunderbird. Only the gp would disagree.
