If you speed thru this game it’s 15 hours. But if you want to find everything the maps and areas are very large and I was quite surprised at how lengthy it is.

I'm playing it none stop...love the universe. I'm totally new to Darksiders series btw. It's a fantastic mix of exploring, hack'n'slck, puzzles and story. Controls are perfect for the Nintendo's sticks especially Strife, he is AWESOME!
Let's be honest, the resolution drops in handheld mode causes your character to turn in a lump of mud sliding across floors covered in mud half the time LOL
Darksiders wasmastered edition on the switch is one of the most enjoyable ports on the nintendo switch, it runs very smoothly and the game is so much fun
I don't know about the Switch version, but I played this on PC in the most "Diablo-ish" fashion (i.e. Mouse and Keyboard) and I thoroughly enjoyed it to the end to be honest.
its the same version as for xbox one / played it on Series S and it looks awfull ( blurred and resolution its under 900p ). This is developer fault mostly

Jose 'Juice' Gonzalez don’t buy it on switch some of the area in chapter 7 wasn’t lit up like the one in ps4. So dark and I couldn’t even find some gateways :( i shoulda bought for ps4

I want to get into the Darksiders games. It reminds me heavily of the classic God of War titles. I loved God of War until they turned it into whatever the hell it is now. I’m cautious on the switch tho. Ninja Gaiden Master collection is a downer. The first game is perfect but the 2nd & 3rd in the collection has some of the worst graphics I’ve ever seen on the switch. It’s a disappointment. I hear Darksiders 1 is great on the switch but I hear Darksiders 2 and Darksiders 3 have some issues. I’m one who if I get the first, I’ll also have to get the 2nd & 3rd. Does anyone know how good the Darksiders Trilogy is on the Switch at this point in time??? Darksiders Genesis does look cool for a side game for sure but the mainline ones look amazing. It sucks that the switch isn’t taken more seriously for people that only have a Switch and only play on the TV with the system docked. I still think Nintendo needs a console separate from their handheld. I love me some action games!!!!
To me, it isn't worth the price on Switch... 40 bucks with a ridiculously low resolution and a framerate that has hiccups here and there... On PC looks magnificent, 60 fps, 1080p and costs 16 bucks... bloody hell, it could run also on a mid-range portable computer... Also on switch, the color palette doesn't fell right... i mean, it is a lot blurred and darker than on PC.
I agree, this game is too heavy for the switch, I was about to buy it but I was concerned with that, it was then when I realized this title is available on xbox game pass for pc subscription, so I paid 1 euro (first month) and I'm now enjoying it a lot! (Stonks!)
It's kinda how darksiders works the first one was a god of war game, the second was more of a zelda looter game and the third a souls/Bayonetta like game and this is hit with diablo style
I think they will bring them all together on the next title, which is supposed to be the continuation where the story has chronologically stopped, in the final of the first one.
Does this have a performance and quality mode? I say this because of the really good porting job of Darksiders Warmastered having those in the options menu. I kean they should patch it in if it doesn't have it. There is no reason not to have it
I want it for Switch because of nice laidback gaming but I know I will get it for PC instead because of: -framerate (I mean come on, an ARPG with 30 fps, really? Nobody wants that..) -overall performance -graphics (AA, sharp textures) Only Nintendo exclusives for me then on the Switch I guess so I am waiting one more month for my already preordered Animal Crossing :)
This game is available on xbox game pass for pc, so if you have a decent pc gaming I would suggest to not buy it for switch and just get yourself a subscription for at least one month to play it, it will cost u much less for getting much better visual and performance

Love Diablo 3 on console. Defo gonna pick this up with Minecraft Dungeons when that comes out and replay Diablo 3. All on Switch on the go

I have just bought it and I have noticed that it has been censored (no blood), or at least the intro has been censored.
Essentially a better Diablo than what Blizzard is making at the moment.

Nope. Or at least not yet. They said they aren't opposed to putting Fury and Death in the game, but depends on fans reactions (and sales, obviously.)
