Great vid. I used to do alot of surface fishing to great effect but the lake has had a massive duck population increase who make it a nightmare. Now a zig just under surface away from ducks eye line... with them hemp or oiley feed below it. Lovely jubberly 😀

Exactly that! Adjust the depths until hopefully you get that all important bite and as a result find out where they are holding up.

davidcart28 you can cast an adjustable zig to where you are fishing and then give line from your spool until you've popped up to your desired depth.

Fish an adjustable zig rig and when you cast out you twist the spool of the reel until you reach your desired depth. Your welcome

You lads are reccing carp lakes across the country . What nutrients and bulk are the carp getting from that nothing . No more the quite days fishing . Spomb after spomb all day long . Band on most well known syndicate lakes hum I wonder why .
What's the best hook size ?
Hi David, we would recommend trying our Flota Claw hooks in either a size 12, 10, or 8. It's all down to personal preference and the situation 👍🏻
