i don’t think i’ve been this excited to be a panther fan in a while. if we get the right guy (hopefully anthony richardson with proper development) we could be something in the future.
same man, I love richardson’s upside and I think his floor is a lot higher than people say. I’d be happy with young too, we really can’t go wrong this year
@@xoelliott i think y'all should draft Young. Richardson would be my second choice. Richardson is my favorite QB in this class and his floor is Nathan Peterman, but the thing about Richardson is that if he still is absolutely doodoo in 3-4 years as a qb, he's athletic enough to at least move him to Wide Receiver or TE. His big problems as a QB are that he gets out of clean pockets and that he over and under throws his receivers. His timing is kind meh as well. But his decision making is a lot better than people say.
Tree, just a suggestion, but u should do a hater's guide to the NBA playoffs this year. The field of championship contenders has never been more open and I would love to here your opinion on each team.
We will be more than a 3 win team. Bears had a lot of 1 score losses last year, these additions and the draft can hopefully get us up the ladder a little.
After years of the defense being neglected while TD just kept patching up the Matt Ryan-Julio Jones show, it is nice to see a GM actually building a defense. The key will be drafting long term guys that will take over as vets like Campbell, Dupree and others move on after this coming season.
Remember, about the Jets/Packers situation: Yes, the Packers don't have a lot of leverage, but the Jets are in just as impossible of a situation. The Jets lose just as big as the Packers do if no trade is made. That's what's making the trade so chaotic, both sides really need the trade but are refusing to get fleeced...
I've been surprisingly satisfied with the Bears' decision making, although I can't believe Monty is already gone. I feel like he was still just getting started in Chicago.
I'm happy with the Bucs Superbowl win, I'll def take it, that's the point of playing the game. Not to be 'good' but never the best, see the past recent Packers, Chargers (of mid 2000's), Steelers after 2011...etc Bucs kept together a ok squad for being 75 mill in dead money Devin White is a huge liability so I don't mind trading him on his last year, since he wants $20mil+ a year Hopefully can at least get a 3rd rounder or something for him.
The restrictive rules on reviews are the issue. Don't pick specific plays or penalties, just put a line in saying the refs can enforce the correct outcome to any play via review
As an Eagles fan I'm happy with the off-season so far... I also want Josh Harris (who is going to buy the Commies) to actually pick a city as he currently owns the New Jersey Devils and the Philadelphia 76ers, and is buying the Commies and is apparently rumored to be buying the Washington Nationals
You're surprisingly optimistic about the Bears. With all the moves, they still have an RB at QB, and nothing stands out as "excellent" about the team, except maybe the linebackers.
I really hope the Panthers hit on their QB of the future. Them failing on trading for the number 1 pick by trading down or missing on their pick might be the thing that makes me find another team to root for until Tepper is no longer owner.
Pain. After 30 years of Hall of Fame level QB play, the Packers contending window is done, for now at least. Now it's all on Jordan Love. Hopefully he doesn't suck, but with that recieving core and the holes in that defence I dont see it going well.
i’m hoping that carr can help olave break out even more as a deep threat. the draft has to be good but the offense was horrible to look at last year, so anything is better than that.
I find it interesting that Carson Wentz can, for some unknown reason, go to a team, get blame for everything bad happening while exposing the team's ACTUAL flaws, then leave (traded/released/cut) for the team to go about their way to fix it. Seriously, Washington's flaws were that their o-line was bad, their Offensive Coordinator being an idiot (or wanted Heinicke over Wentz, idk (might've also affected the o-line as well)), and Dan Snyder. Somehow, they're attempting to fix all of it, even ownership!
@Kaphizmey ♪ Exactly!! The Colts used Wentz as a scapegoat for what happened in 2021 and ignored their flaws, resulting in them being complete and utter trash in 2022.
@@sneakyjames01 not to mention wentz wasn’t horrible that season, the colts got better qb play out of him in 2021 than washington did the following season. just proves that jim irsay is a complete moron who thinks he’s a genius just because he lucked into peyton manning

Dont get the whole flex scheduling fans due pay money to see teams live.....So what happens if the NFL just suddenly decides to change lets say the Chiefs to a thursday game....Fans who bought the tickets months in advance are screwed.
Rodgers makes me sad as a packer fan. He practically demanded the packers commit to him. Then they do and have a meh season and he hops on the “trade me” bs. He never respected the fans or the organization. He just cared about his “image”. I used to be a fan. But not anymore. He is one of the best to play. Let's hope the Niners can actually get to the Super Bowl. After coming up short in the 2021 season, I thought they'd have their drop-off back to sub-500 in 2022. Of course, that didn't happen. But will it this season?
No
i don’t think i’ve been this excited to be a panther fan in a while. if we get the right guy (hopefully anthony richardson with proper development) we could be something in the future.
its been a tough few years, for sure.
same man, I love richardson’s upside and I think his floor is a lot higher than people say. I’d be happy with young too, we really can’t go wrong this year
Take good care of Thielen, please :)
Same as a seahawks fan.
i hope penny can stay healthy for the eagles, the man is so good and works so hard he really needs a break.
He will do great I think
@@dkn8463 fingers crossed for him
God speed to you tree. I hope you can make it through the draft weekend

In NHL news, the Pittsburgh Penguins will be missing the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time since 2006.
Waiting for the Rams to have 60 mil in cap space for 2024.

It’s not an NFL off-season until Tree covers free agency
Tree, just a suggestion, but u should do a hater's guide to the NBA playoffs this year. The field of championship contenders has never been more open and I would love to here your opinion on each team.
We will be more than a 3 win team. Bears had a lot of 1 score losses last year, these additions and the draft can hopefully get us up the ladder a little.
New intro so clean
After years of the defense being neglected while TD just kept patching up the Matt Ryan-Julio Jones show, it is nice to see a GM actually building a defense. The key will be drafting long term guys that will take over as vets like Campbell, Dupree and others move on after this coming season.
As a Bears fan, I'm excited about what we are building.
Free agency is the best…now I can’t wait until the draft
song at 9:00 ?
Remember, about the Jets/Packers situation: Yes, the Packers don't have a lot of leverage, but the Jets are in just as impossible of a situation. The Jets lose just as big as the Packers do if no trade is made. That's what's making the trade so chaotic, both sides really need the trade but are refusing to get fleeced...
I've been surprisingly satisfied with the Bears' decision making, although I can't believe Monty is already gone. I feel like he was still just getting started in Chicago.
utree has quite the schedule coming up. between the nba and nhl playoffs and the nfl draft coming soon
Do we get a recap of the 2018 draft?
I'm happy with the Bucs Superbowl win, I'll def take it, that's the point of playing the game. Not to be 'good' but never the best, see the past recent Packers, Chargers (of mid 2000's), Steelers after 2011...etc
Bucs kept together a ok squad for being 75 mill in dead money
Devin White is a huge liability so I don't mind trading him on his last year, since he wants $20mil+ a year
Hopefully can at least get a 3rd rounder or something for him.
Nice work tree...
Love the content
The restrictive rules on reviews are the issue. Don't pick specific plays or penalties, just put a line in saying the refs can enforce the correct outcome to any play via review
Shoutout to tree for keeping the off-season interesting

Our biggest free agency signing was Josh Harris
you forgor 💀 eric bieniemy too, in fact i’m surprised tree didn’t at least _mention_ our new offensive coordinator
First person I’ve seen not call the Rams idiotic for trading Ramsey. Thank you!
2023 the year of the Detroit lions or at least as a lions fan that’s how I will remember it
As an Eagles fan I'm happy with the off-season so far...
How the Hell is Calais Campbell still in the League?!?!?!?! I still remember him as a Rookie in Madden. Dude's been doing his thing forever.

I really hope the Panthers hit on their QB of the future. Them failing on trading for the number 1 pick by trading down or missing on their pick might be the thing that makes me find another team to root for until Tepper is no longer owner.
You forgot about the Bears signing PJ Walker:(
Pain. After 30 years of Hall of Fame level QB play, the Packers contending window is done, for now at least. Now it's all on Jordan Love. Hopefully he doesn't suck, but with that recieving core and the holes in that defence I dont see it going well.
To this day I still can’t believe geno smith is 100 million dollar contract
As a lions fan I’m not used to positive comments about my team. I like this feeling
Geno the modern Rich Gannon - well played sir
I swear to God we have to make the playoffs and win a game. Knowing the lions we’ll probably go 4-13.
You gave io Jamaal, I’m very disappointed
@@RobMarchione I wanted to keep Jamaal
@@saltywingsandavsfan He is so good and such a cool guy too; I’m afraid the Saints will waste him and the Lions will take a ste back without him 🥲
i’m hoping that carr can help olave break out even more as a deep threat. the draft has to be good but the offense was horrible to look at last year, so anything is better than that.
Somehow, they're attempting to fix all of it, even ownership!
and that’s gonna be the difference between us making the playoffs and indianapolis continuing to loiter in the shadow realm next season
@Kaphizmey ♪ Exactly!! The Colts used Wentz as a scapegoat for what happened in 2021 and ignored their flaws, resulting in them being complete and utter trash in 2022.
@@sneakyjames01 not to mention wentz wasn’t horrible that season, the colts got better qb play out of him in 2021 than washington did the following season. just proves that jim irsay is a complete moron who thinks he’s a genius just because he lucked into peyton manning

so, what will be the tank division this year?
Lions are favorites to be division champion and are 4th ranked as a potential super bowl team. What a timeline!
As a lions fan im still fearing the worst just because of our shitty luck
like if the team went 3-14 and dan cambell was fired because of idk i wouldnt be too outraged, just apathetic again because thats the lions
Hope for the best, but also plan for the worse, i guess
In reality this is *hopefully* unlikely but i have to cover my bases
So many people balk about giving up DJ Moore to Chicago to get the QB of the future. It's a hell of a lot easier to find an elite WR than an elite QB, and a lot less important to success. Young or Stroud turning into a franchise QB would make this pick a home run for both sides. They have their pick, let's see where it goes from here.
"Make the penalty for tripping a personal foul" that's gonna be a recipe for disaster
Dont get the whole flex scheduling fans due pay money to see teams live.....So what happens if the NFL just suddenly decides to change lets say the Chiefs to a thursday game....Fans who bought the tickets months in advance are screwed.
That's what refunds are for. And if they don't comply, LAWSUITS!
BUT there are reasons Brady is considered the goat. Perhaps not giving death glares to a receiver every drop had something to do with it.
