I love Paul Rudd and I really liked Antman 1 and Antman 2 to lesser extent...but this movie was pure garbage. The acting was junk. It was like they were all doing a first time table-read. I couldn't believe it when Hank stopped and was basically like, "hey kids, socialism is great!" The messaging was so beyond cringe I left the theater kinda angry
Yes, let’s get a lecture about fighting the “man” by a corporate studio. It’s like Rage Against the Machine charging 300 bucks a ticket for their show at a huge stadium
This is what Red Media should be. Those guys are just mailing it in. I guess those Disney checks got really big. You guys have said everything that i feel about all this M=She_U social engineering. Which is very very very obvious at this point
Why don’t people see through this shit you guys discuss every review??? Why don’t they recognize the virtue signalling!!! Just trying to make themselves feel good!!!! Another good one boys!!!
Appreciate you saying that about the quality. Aside from producing videos as best we can, if a video doesn't slip into the algorithm stream there isn't much we can do. We got lucky with our Indy video and got over 500K impressions on that one. On average we get between 4-10K impressions on a normal release. In conclusion, share this vid with a few friends, lol. Every bit helps.
If you guys are willing, you're thoughts on the first two guardians movies would be interesting. I'm personally hoping guardians 3 is it's own thing like two was.
We’ll definitely cover Guardians 3 and probably talk a little about the first 2 in that review. Yondu in Guardians 2 is one of the best things Marvel has done so far.
I'd suggest there is socialism in the way the plot and characters are structured, same as other recent Marvel films. The 'equity' principle that motivates DEI policies requires that a resource or public good - speaking roles in the case of movies - be evenly distributed across race, gender, and/or protected class lines regardless of merit. For example, the Amazon Studios inclusion policy statement limits white males to 30% of speaking roles. Of course achieving said equity requires an ensemble cast so it wasn't really an Ant Man movie, it was him, Wasp, his daughter, etc., just like Dr. Strange included Scarlett Witch, America Chavez, Wong, etc., and just like Thor 4 with female Thor so that females had half the screen time.
If RUclips doesn't delete it, here's the statement from Amazon Studios: "Where it doesn’t compromise the authenticity of the story, the minimum aspirational goals for casting across speaking roles are 30% white men, 30% white women and non-binary people, 20% men from underrepresented races and ethnicities, 20% women and non-binary people from underrepresented races and ethnicities."
And here's another section: "To reduce invisibility in entertainment, and where the story allows, we aim to include one character from each of the following categories for speaking roles of any size, and at minimum 50% of the total of these should be women: (1) lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or gender non-conforming / non-binary; (2) person with a disability; and (3) three regionally underrepresented racial/ethnic/cultural groups (e.g. in the US, three of the following: Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Middle Eastern/North African, or Asian / Pacific Islander or Multi-Racial). A single character can fulfill one or more of these identities."
Sounds like a great way to start a new script. Place yourself inside an equity box and expect a great story to come out the other side. Still waiting for that to happen.
@@hardcutreviews They even apply it to behind the scenes people too because you know the gender identity of the caterer for the location shoot under the 2nd assistant director really gives much representation to a film, lol. Cheers!
Are you planning on doing livestreams at some point and getting that sweet sweet donation money hardly doing video content anymore because editing hard? I hope not but I'll understand. I would totally sell out tbh. Mmmmmm sweet donation money for less work👌
What is with this socialism crap in every vid? 😂 last one was rebel moon - communal farms very much do exist. I won’t wait to see how dumb this take is 😂 shame otherwise good critical analysis
Not sure if you watched the movie or not but when a character stops in the middle of a scene to start advocating for socialism out of nowhere, we’re going to ignore it? Don’t put blatant pushes for ideas in your film if they’re not fair game to discuss. It’s quite funny watching Hollywood advocate for a system that has failed every time it’s been implemented in history because they live in bubbles. It has no place in a Marvel movie except to push agendas with an extreme lack of subtext.
These guys are brilliant! How isn't their channel bigger
You bring up a true injustice. Share us with your favorite based friend, lol. Thanks for watching!
@@hardcutreviews A true injustice indeed! I'll share now 😀 keep it up

Scott Lang's daughter was raised in San Francisco, so that should tell you already that Cassie is an insufferable brat. 😆
The worst kind. The “oppressed” white liberal brat.

How Disney makes movies now “hold on stop the story, have you heard of socialism?” 💀
Basically what happened.
You guys are entertaining. So glad I found this channel.
Appreciate it. Got more on the way.
AntMan 3: Kangs and Sheet.
Duuuuuude the Marvel/Hard Cut intro was amazing! 👏👏👏
Thanks. It’s the little things.
The Hard Cut is the only way to watch any of these phases. 😎

Straight facts. Kinda mad we didn’t think of this first.

Still love watching RLM but definnitely get where you're coming from. Selective blindness when it comes to certain things.
I love RLM but they're nihilistic gen Xers. They don't care about the anti-white agenda.
I’m impressed that you guys give this movie the respect of calling it a “film.”
We’re fair like that.
Rainbow scale is awesome!
I liked Paul Rudd- until I saw that promo he did with Billy Eichner for Bros…
Last of Us episode 6 also tried to spread weird Commie BS
You guys have to expand to TV and streaming shows , you guys are better then rlm .
Appreciate that, dude. We’re hoping to expand into shows once we can devote more time to the channel. We’ll get it there.
Why don’t people see through this shit you guys discuss every review??? Why don’t they recognize the virtue signalling!!! Just trying to make themselves feel good!!!! Another good one boys!!!
P.S. bring on the claymation!!!!
Things are so obvious and in your face now, I don’t know how more people don’t see through it. Maybe we do need a little more claymation, haha.
Sub-something IQ people don't understand comparation or deeper meaning of anything. They can't connect things.
@@hardcutreviews At this point claymation would be an improvement. But not good enough to distract from the garbage script of most of these movies
No deaths for the main cast... somehow. The Marvel A.I. Bot KEVIN must have worked reeeaaaaallly hard to solve that problem.
Still can’t believe everyone made it through. Nothing changed.
Baffles me how you guys get such low view counts when the video quality and your views on film are so good.

your scores are too high after that lol, should be like a 2 and 3 hahs
Lol. Fair. Paul Rudd's presence throws the scores off a point or two.
Sounds like this movie is not even worthy of renting at the local Redbox 😂

Is his ship a kind of metaphor?
Could be. What are you thinking?
Lot's of metaphorical ships in the MCU.

Thanks, The Rock. Appreciate it.
What a shame! This movie sounds pretty horrible. The first one was a blast.
First one is great. The movie was devoid of humor.
