Secondly, most of them asked for items (expect lady that asked for the cleaner and the one that wanted a nutritionist) it's just stuff. Stuff doesn't make you happy.
When the lady said 'car service' at first I thought she meant getting her car serviced and was like 'wtf $125k/year and you can't get your car serviced? 😱' then realised she meant a car service to drive her around.

My husband and I together at one point made $55k/year and we were STRUGGLING where we live. We’re comfortable now making $65k/year but I can see how someone making $40k could view iced coffee as a luxury.
It's so funny what becomes an "unaffordable" luxury to different incomes. With some of those incomes I'm like "wait why can't you afford that!?" And just how much is a good apartment in a good neighborhood? Such an interesting way to discuss wealth.
I just want to get this out there: salaries in the US are SO HIGH. The average salary where I live is less than 30 000 US dollars per year, and these women be seeing 45 000 at 21 years old as low???
🤦 the average salary where i live Is 2 000 $ per month And i still can understand why in other countries could ten times more than that be less then minimal vage. Things costs more in US... For example- in Czechia (where i live) you can buy nice cup of coffee for 2-3$... In Starbucks for 5, but to be honest, i don't consider Starbucks to be proper coffee shop, it's more like McDonald's... In US i can imagine the same cup of coffee would be 5 times more expensive. The same goes with living costs. I live in 3 room apartment, And with all my bills combined (incl internet, tv, electricity...) i pay maybe 380 $ per month... But, i make only 1200$, which, in my country Is enough to survive (that's after my taxes which includes health care insurance, So these Are money i can operate with)... So what i'm trying to say- just because your country Is "cheap" doesn't mean others Are too....
The average Canadian double income family earns about $42,000 a year. To put it into perspective, the people who are earning that much as a single unit are doing really well.
This really makes me think about money and adulthood differently. I don’t understand how some of these women are making what they aren’t and can’t afford what they want, when it seems in their price range. Great, now i have new after-college things to worry about tonight 😩
This was really eye opening to me. We are always going to have the desire for more but we don’t have to feed into it. We can be happy with what we have and not constantly chasing what we don’t. I can’t comprehend what a $300k salary is like, but it doesn’t seem like it’s any more satisfying than the one I have now. This honesty was a life-changing minute and a half for me. Thank you 🙏
Me? Lots of new clothes and shoes, I've always wanted that so badly haha... Not but really, I want a big piece of land where I can build a nice little house with lots of sunlight and a big garden and backyard. For that I would have to make at least 10 times what I do now and it's just impossible
In San Francisco a salary of $127,000 for a family of 4 is considered low income. I’m honestly not surprised, especially for her occupation and location.
Haha, 13K in a year is a good salary for my town. 20K will be really great. Know a lot of people who get 6K. Knew a single mom who had less than 3K (don't know how she raised her child). Watched this video with mixed feelings...
okay but can we congratulate these women for being able to have a steady and really high salary?! that's so hard to come by in the workforce these days, kudos to all of them! :)
It's funny how different the living standards and prices are. Even the 1st lady at the entry level makes more than a 10 years experienced staff in my country. Or even more than someone working their whole life. Yet I see people around me walking with Macbook everywhere. *sign*
WOW $60k is literally my exact situation!!!! I have a 2013 MacBook Pro and I desperately need to upgrade it so I can more affectively make my RUclips videos but it’s too much of a luxury right now 😭
If you make $125,000 a year and cant afford a personal trainer or a nutritionist, you dont know how to manage your money or it really isnt a priority for you
I was thinking the same. But New York really is expensive. I still think she could find a way afford a modest place in New York and still squeeze in a personal trainer, even if it was just once a week and a nutritionalist temporarily while getting into some good food habits if it was a big enough priority for her and she gave up a few other things, like that iced coffee in the morning and new clothes.. Agreed.
I'm on an above-average entry-level salary, and the luxuries I wish I could splurge on are 1) powerful high-end skincare, 2) a personal trainer, 3) a therapist, and 4) concert tickets.

I just want to get this out there: salaries in the US are SO HIGH. The average salary where I live is less than 30 000 US dollars per year, and these women be seeing 45 000 at 21 years old as low???
your friendly neighbourhood disappointment The US is an EXPENSIVE place to live
in the US, particularly a big city in the northeast, yeah that’s pretty low.
Great, now i have new after-college things to worry about tonight 😩
good thing you are in college. Imagine if you weren't. What you would be worrying about is your daily meal and if you can make.rent.
Why is this so true 💀
FAT NICK wassup zkgfouidyostksitsixygox
Alone & The Rain hehshdjshx?!!!?
This was really eye opening to me. We are always going to have the desire for more but we don’t have to feed into it. We can be happy with what we have and not constantly chasing what we don’t. I can’t comprehend what a $300k salary is like, but it doesn’t seem like it’s any more satisfying than the one I have now. This honesty was a life-changing minute and a half for me. Thank you 🙏
I wish I can go in first class
That escalated quickly... Iced Coffee, Jewelry, **helicopter to the Hampton’s** I’m dead 😂
Alright. Time to become a business executive
I LOVE this series! Please never stop making these videos :)
Bruh 😩 at age of 28 I'm still have no job no income sometimes I feel why I was born 😩
Keep moving. It'll get better someday! I believe in you and you should believe in yourself too!
@@stardusttodust25 thank u so much 😊 hope so one day I can reply that...ohh I have job now 😊 & plz take care of urself and plz be happy always
@@tintin6295 you too! I'm rooting for you!
....and im here in Greece completely happy with 1000 euros a month... Their salaries are crazy
Me? Lots of new clothes and shoes, I've always wanted that so badly haha... Not but really, I want a big piece of land where I can build a nice little house with lots of sunlight and a big garden and backyard. For that I would have to make at least 10 times what I do now and it's just impossible
Wow really interesting to see how money changes people!
I want to afford to heat my house with central heating when I just feel a bit cold. (Not just the 4 worst weeks of winter)
tag yourself....i mostly identify with the marketing assistant but the project manager is also a mood in most of these
I didn’t even know people could make $550😧😧
$550 isn’t that much I make that in a week
@@Magsnetiik they meant $550,000/yr
Really? People earn in the hundreds of millions yearly...
I earn 580€ monthly 🤔
In San Francisco a salary of $127,000 for a family of 4 is considered low income. I’m honestly not surprised, especially for her occupation and location.
The last woman is so straight up boss!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Haha, 13K in a year is a good salary for my town. 20K will be really great. Know a lot of people who get 6K. Knew a single mom who had less than 3K (don't know how she raised her child).
Watched this video with mixed feelings...
Things start depressing and then get despicable.
You can make your own cold brew at hone. Buying coffee everyday is unnecessary 😩
Exactly. Not to mention it's super tasty.
That's why she classed it as a luxury...
Ahhh I love the the private flying lady😂😂😂
I own 150$ (birthdays and Christmas) a year, I would love some drawing supplies but I put it in for college and till I’m 21
okay but can we congratulate these women for being able to have a steady and really high salary?! that's so hard to come by in the workforce these days, kudos to all of them! :)
It's funny how different the living standards and prices are. Even the 1st lady at the entry level makes more than a 10 years experienced staff in my country. Or even more than someone working their whole life. Yet I see people around me walking with Macbook everywhere.
*sign*
When 2 of them said: Anything Rihanna is selling & I wish I could shop without anxiously checking my bank account : I FELT THAT! 🤦🏾♀️
Me rn ..afford money for my college :)
WOW $60k is literally my exact situation!!!! I have a 2013 MacBook Pro and I desperately need to upgrade it so I can more affectively make my RUclips videos but it’s too much of a luxury right now 😭
I would love to buy a ton of stuff
*But I only have one dollar*
why am i obsessed with these
If you make $125,000 a year and cant afford a personal trainer or a nutritionist, you dont know how to manage your money or it really isnt a priority for you
I was thinking the same.
Me? My mortgage paid off and a personal trainer:)
They are all so powerful 😍😍👏
Me .. 27 .. translator : all of the above
uh English to Arabic and vice versa
As a final year undergrad who is about to be completely independent, i would at least like my own apartment but i'll be happy to just not have a room mate
You can see the less money you make the simpler things you want and vis versa
Iced coffee and Rihanna are moods
