  • This yoga flow is perfect for those of you that have always wanted to achieve the splits or if you’re simply looking to gain more flexibility in your legs and open up the hips. The different postures that will be included in this particular flow will help you loosen the hamstrings, loosen tight hips, and let go of any tension within your lower body. If you are looking to attain fast results in your leg flexibility, we highly recommend doing this video at least 4-5 times per week so you can really start to train and loosen the lower body. A great time to do this flow would be after a tough workout or in the morning when you want to get the juices flowing and the body fully awake to start the day.
Make sure you take your time with the stretches. Don’t push too much, too fast. Try to attain a position where you are able to hold the posture without too much pain. Speaking of pain, never push through any sharp, electric, or shooting pain. That is what we call the “bad pain” as it is usually your body letting you know that you are going too far for what it can handle and this can potentially cause injury. Listen to your body, breathe, and take your time. Be patient, stay dedicated to daily practice and you will get the results you are looking for.
    Namaste XO

I had chronic low back pain for 8 years. Thanks to a couple of factors - strengthening my glutes, and making sure I keep my leg muscles loose, I now am almost always pain free! This video has been huge over the last 8 years, it’s the perfect leg stretch video for someone dealing with low back issues. I usually do a pigeon pose instead of the front splits (if anyone reading this has low back pain!) I just want to thank you for what you do from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve been doing this video since COVID got crazy in the Northeast. So it’s basically a year now. I’ve done a lot of her splits videos but this one is the best I feel. I can always feel the stretch. I wish I could say I have my splits but I don’t. I can’t say that I do it everyday but mostly 3-4 days a week. I’m a runner so I have really tight hamstrings. Now I will say that for the front splits, I only have about an inch or two to go. For the middle splits more like 6 inches. I’m determined to get both so I will continue. I do believe if I did the video EVERYDAY I would have had both the front and middle splits already. I love Boho Beautiful’s approach throughout the video. I get my yoga in as well as benefitting from the splits stretching. I really like that aspect. I still at times, notice something with my posture that I could be doing better and it’s been a YEAR! So listen to what she says and try and do what she’s saying. It hasn’t gotten any easier by the way. I’m 47 years old if that helps anyone. Lol. My niece who is 23 used this video and got her splits in 2 months. The front splits. Not the middle. So it really is all about your body and dedication. My niece did it everyday faithfully. Thank you Boho Beautiful. Your guidance in this video is just the right amount and a perfect blend of postures in a short amount of time. Congrats on your new baby coming also. This review is long overdue and I really appreciate the joy you’ve brought to my life through this experience.

Thank you Julianna! I'm also.a fellow Canadian. I actually just discovered you yesterday. I have practiced yoga for many years and went to India. I am skeptical of many yoga classes and the commercialism. I have to say I love your classes I have tried. I love the energy and your humbleness. I would love to buy your DVD when I've got money too as I appreciate what you guys are trying to do and the authenticity of it which is lacking now a days. Have a lovely day. Namaste, Renata

I was an all American sprinter in college and I'm realizing my flexibility has been a huge limiting factor then and now. Yoga has been incredibly challenging for me because I'm competitive and want to be good but my body won't let me! It's forcing me to exercise patience and it's been cool to have to grapple with that idea. Thanks for all you do!

You create an effortless feel through your narration and your presence in your body which makes even challenging sequences feel serene and unforced. I notice that you don't lead or suggest savasana following many of your classes. I think it is usually beneficial to takes some minutes to integrate what we have just practiced. I almost forget to do it just now.

WOW it's almost been 2 weeks, and when I tell you when I first started this journey I couldn't even hold my half split without feeling absolute agony. Proud to say I can now hold myself up in a split 6 inches from the ground :) Letting go the "achieve it in 2 weeks" expectation and giving more room to allowing my body to take as long as it needs was the best thing mentally I could have done. Hope that helps whoever reads this along their journey! Your body is not to be underestimated

I’ve done this practice a million times now. Here are some benefits that I didn’t even expect.
    1) got my splits in six weeks of consistently practicing 2-3 times a week. I had never done a split before and have no gymnastics etc experience.
    2) my deadlifts became better quality and I could lift more weight because the hamstrings don’t come in the way anymore.
    3) I even walk better.
    4) this is a high energy flow, so it changes your mood guaranteed.
    5) I run and bike better.

Been using this video for splits for a few years and have gone from barely being able to touch my toes to being able to set my whole darn self on the floor in split (barely). I always feel really nice and stretchy after and building flexibility is wonderful for ninja warrior injury prevention. If I ever get this flexible, I would be in danger of folding myself into a dimensional rift and ending up on the moon.

I just found your channel yesterday and oh my GOD I did one of your ab workouts and I literally was almost dying! I loved the burn I felt, I hadn't felt that type of burn for months! More ab videos please! Just in time for summer? :)

OMG OMG just finished this session. Thank you thank you Juliana so much! I received notification at the same moment when I finished today's Pilates challenge.. so I just have continued with this one, especially as I am doing other your video to achieve splits (frontal). Me happy! Just one question: Other yogis say that respiration goes through nose (exhale & inhale) and watching your videos you say inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Is there any difference? Sometimes I find more easily to exhale through my mouth. Guys you are great, keep doing your work as you are just great! 💙💙💙 And we will help in the ways how is possible for us! Namaste! 🌍🙏💙

I think it's healthier and easier to inxale through nose and exhale through mouth. I find it more relaxing than exhaling and inhaling through nose. Cassey from Blogilates also says to inxale through nose and exhale through mouth. Just do what works for you, I guess. Sorry for repetitions, but I think you know what I'm saying, although I'm not the best at English. Sending love. x

    Hey Julianna!
Thanks for being such an inspiration! I already discovered you two years ago, but at this time I wasn't mature enough to appreciate your content, I was just searching for a workout to make my body look perfect which I found in your brazilian butt workout. I had a pretty hard time doing it and even cursed at you because you were doing every exercise with such an ease and I was struggling.
Half a year ago I discovered your videos again because of a splits challenge a friend and I started. I started to do your split videos regulargly and then I was finally able to higly appreciate all of your content.
I am currently doing one or even two of your videos daily, depending on my mood and how I feel. Everything on your channel is inspiring and I am looking forward to trying every video of you until I know them by heart and also know myself.
Sometimes following your routines is hard, especially when I see you compared to me. I know I shouldn't do this and I also try not to but it's not always easy to accept your current state. It would be really motivating to see pictures and hear stories of you, how you started, when and why.
I lately hurt myself when I was trying eagerly to finally reach my full splits and had to pause these streches for a short period. Now I am really longing to start again, do you think it is a good idea to start with gently streching? This time I will of course try to listen to my body more carefully..
Thanks for bringing so much light and (self)love into my life, have a lovely day!
    Namaste

Yap - I used this one, her other shorter split video and yin yoga :) My advice is not to be frustrated haha! Just enjoy how relaxed your body feels after each class, that kept me going :) Just take it slow and listen to your body to avoid hurting yourself! Great to hear that my comment motivated you - I hope you'll come closer to the goal ♥ @@carolm.d.6967

hm no.. I practice yoga everyday, but just about 20 min and not always these ones. The split/yin yoga classes maybe 3-4 times a week in total. So not the videos together but one per day. Hope I could help you :) @@carolm.d.6967

Hello, awesome video! I am just wondering if other people find it a bit hard to balance while keeping hands in front of your body during the side lunch at 6.30 mins and 14.20 mins. I seem to be tilting backward...any tips or should I just reach my hands further forward to counteract my body? Thanks x

Hi Julianna ! I just started yoga and pilates with your videos, and I absolutely love it ! Thank you so much ! Being the complete opposite of flexible (especially my legs), which one of your videos would you recommend for a start to increase (or in my case I should even say "create"?) flexibility ? As some of your flexibility videos seem to require being at least a bit flexible already ? Thanks ! :)
