Is it ok to be extending the leg up so far like this? My sit bones really hurt the next day and still do. I don't tend to get sore after exercising and now I cant sleep due to pain. This is not a normal post work out sore someone might experience. I'm about your age though and find you normally to be a bit more easy going. Any advice or thoughts? Thank you
