    i just love ur videos ma'am, since i am asthmatic, i can't do cardios, i do yoga n pilates, i've a pear shaped body, i weigh 52 kgs n height is 5.3". i've slight cellulite on ma bottom, i wanna get rid of dat, cos ma upper body is so slim, n lower body not so huge but i gotta buy large sized pants or skirts cos of ma bone shape, its genetic, i thought i wud lose some fat from my bottom n look leaner,i've already tried many butt n thigh workouts but dey don't seem to help me at all.. plz suggest

    One thing I like about that program is
    that its downloadable & therefore, you
    wont receive any type of physical products.
    Its only suitable for those who are interested
    in weight training.. But hey, you misspelled

    I remember being 13 and waking up at 6a to watch her workout on ESPN. Then I’d get some tissue and lotion and workout my left arm...

      Man I was waiting on this comment. I was 16. I would watch a lil espn and I would be ready. Man I would be sprinting after the bus many mornings because of this. I used to wish that last minute cool down came on 1st lol.

    I love her workouts but her constant chatter and the tone of her voice drives me nuts.
