Sedans are always loved by enthusiasts and here we have the sedan of the recent times, The Skoda Slavia that has been recently introduced to replace the Skoda Rapid. This is the fully loaded variant of Skoda Slavia which competes with Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Honda City, Hyundai Verna and Volkswagen Virtus. In this video I have tested the mileage of Skoda Slavia 1.5 TSI Petrol Tank To Tank. Most of the run was on highway but the conditions were pretty good. My Slavia 1.0 with avg 65 kmph on cruise and 4 adults gave 18 kmpl on highway, still I believe it could give more

Milage 19+ hai. Fuel pump walo ne fuel dalne me garbad karte hai. Isiliye calculation me kam milage ate hai. Atleast half a litre per 10 litre churate hai. However in coti condition bumper to bumper, it will give 8/9 km. In free Highway around 80 km/hr 22 km is guaranteed.
Apne Jo mileage test ki woh sirf expressway par ki. Mileage test mixed condition mein ki jani chahiye. Matlab, highway aur city traffic mein. 50:50 ya 60:40 ke ratio mein. Jisme 60 city and 40 highway. These are the ideal conditions in which the car should perform.

My experience is very bad .After 4000 km vehicle slavia started giving trouble of epc and lowering coolant level,
Mileage test should be done for atleast 200 kms

Heard from somewhere that if you put 95 octane pretrol (the most superior quality of petrol) the mileage imroves.
Slightly it does but that's not recommended as it's slightly expensive too

I got the same 1.5 manual. Yesterday at night ride low traffic highway and city drive , it gave me 20.5 mileage on screen, around 7 to 8km drive was on highway with a cruise control 60km/h, rest normal drive and little revving. It was after fuel tank refuel.
I'm really happy with the purchase it gives us performance and mileage both, depends upon driving style but little disappointed with built quality. I was expecting better from Skoda, but little better than its competitors.

You should have gone for 95 octane petrol which is recommended by vw group instead of ethanol mixed petrol.

XP95 is ethanol based antiknock agent, infact energy density is 2-3% less than normal 93 oct petrol (10% ethanol), the right ignition timing at higher pressure increases 4-5% efficiency . Finally XP 95 is 2-3% efficient .

@@prudhvisai1436 XP95 in TSI will give you comparatively 2-3 % more mileage if you do sedated driving, and 7-9% more if you do aggressive driving as with normal petrol. TSI engine with normal petrol 91Octane is very less torque at lower rpm.
Hello, I am confused between 1.5 ambition MT and 1.0 style MT. Which one should I prefer? My daily drive would be very less but I would be driving 75% on highways and hill and rest in city. Please suggest

If you're getting an auto get the virtus else you don't have an option slavia is good enough

Bhai mileage highly depends on the way you drive so I would say take in mind a mileage of 10-12 in city
Milage test should be taken with full load,not this with full load you may not get more than 13to14km/ltr.

Your method is wrong, reason being
any liquid expand on heating, since the fuel has circulated through engine compartment so many times, thereby get heated and expand leaving less space for refilling means less fuel is needed to top-up. While refilling the temperature of fuel should be same, you should go for refilling on next day and I am sure it will adjust one litre more in tank there by mileage will fall below the ARAI claimed mileage

I'm confused in 1L turbo and 1.5 L turbo. My daily run is less (Approx. 40 km), that too in city (NCR). Which one you suggest ? Car ka AC kaisa hai sir ?
If you really feel the need for that power and the refinement of 4 cylinder engine then only you need to go for 1.5 else 1.0 is ok too
