Skoda Slavia is Awesome !! I have Civic 1.8L 2011 model ... It does 73kmph in first and 110kmph in second gear itself(manual) ... the driving dynamics are spot on too! And I love that engine hum 😁
I Also Have 2011 Civic , Performance Is Outstanding But Only Negative Thing Is MILEAGE...But Skoda Done Good Job. Performance With Mileage. TOO GOOD SKODA.

This is definitely not a replacement of Rapid.
This can be considered as a replacement of octavia.
Slavia's base model cost is somewhere around Rapid top model cost
Rapid top dsg variant costed 15 lakhs
This is the car i have taken test drive and i feel that even at 6th gear at speed of 30, i will take push tremendously and not getting ducked. i love this car. any other car provides same facility.

I took a test drive of this car just the day before yesterday. Believe me 1 liter engine ka test liya and now I am looking for a customer for my Vitara Brezza which is not even one year old. Dil jeet liya gadine.
I have honda city 1.5 ltr diesel. Superb performance deti hai. Highways pe 90 ki speed per 32 tak ki maximum average di hai. Kal hi karnal jake aaya aur 90 -120 chalyi 28.8 average di. I love to drive city. Only one problem it has ki ground clearance ki problem hai ,speed breaker ya thode kharab road per bohut dhyan se chalani padti hai. Otherwise it's a perfect sedan. And in the last ye city traffic conditions mai bhi 18-20 with Ac average deti hai. I really want to you to make video of my car Ravi ji. I really like your videos. 👍👍👍

Yes you can know from the exterior if the Skoda Slavia is 1.0 or 1.5. Check the exhaust pipes, it is 2 for 1.5 and single for 1.0, without opening bonnet. You are welcome.

As known that the parent company VW always do a bit step further from Skoda to let not overtake VWs reputation I think Virtus could have more agility and performance or comfort.
0.27 - 0.31 only who truly love the feel of driving will agree to it.
1.0 ltr for daily commuter
1.5 ltr for enthusiast 😈

U can also identify 1 ltr or 1.5 by silencer pipe : single pipe 1 ltr engine & double pipe 1.5 ltr engine

Ab se 5 saal pehle Rapid lete lete reh gaya kyunki usmein Black colour nahi tha. Tab 1 doosri sedan leli. Ab fir se atleast for now skoda ne Black colour nahi dia :(. I Think Skoda sirf Octavia mein hi Black colour option deti hai.

I have zero doubts that this will not give mileage of 20kmpl. I got 21kmpl mileage (on display) in 1.0 manual taigun on a 130km stretch and I mind you, I did not once try to drive it to get mileage. I was overtaking, dropping gears and pushing the car, cruising etc. I was shocked to see such mileage on the kind of general driving I did on a fairly busy highway. Have not done a tank to tank yet but I think it should give around 18kmpl for that trip.
