Love the double-snare drum beat. "That thing you do"' Tom Hanks movie was based on that 1 beat added to a slow, bland song. Great movie. Great Munster's cover!
Very, very cool. Great job. I'm an old-timer who was actually several years old when The Munsters were on tv and I have always loved the theme song. Really enjoyed this. Thanks!
Most excellent. Herman Munster, Aunt Lydia, Rod Serling, Hank Marvin and James Patrick Page would all be proud! Liking the nasal sound of that Jaguar too!

imitation is the strongest form of flattery . I worked for Norm Leibman (the creator of the show) He told me he named the family after the people in his family. He thought they would like it but instead they thought he must think they are monsters and resented him forever .

Sahhhh-weet !! Young Lads - Good Job, damn good job!! Thank you !! As a kid in the 60's I grew up listening and hearing all of that, good 1960's TV stuff, as a fellow drummer really diggin the groove Ginger drummer has going on, the whole band really.. nice chilled, fun and relaxed. Really appreciate this, love the Twilight Zone/Zepplin inject , mixed in towards the end there fella. again good job, damn good job. Eddie Munster would be proud a ya Surf Boys!! Keep up da good work!!
Hello. This is Mark In Hollywood California. What a Great Rendition. Im a Bass Player, Self taught Drummer so was trying to follow the drummer, Eventually ill Have it. Love the song and Surf music, Great drummer and Bassist, Tried to follow you on the guitar but cant handle it at this time. Message me with your bands additional tracs as I would like to hear more. Great Job. From one musician to Another, Mark
Don’t hide the bass player behind the drums! Everyone knows the bass player is the most important unsung hero of the band! He is the glue between rhythm and melody. Without him, the lead guitar sounds good - but with him - he sounds awesome!!!
Man, that was cool. Even cooler with Thing playing the keyboard!
haha. you are good
That was the other show (Thing was in The Addams Family), but I saw it & thought the same thing!
@@F4UCorsair4ever great minds thing alike.
But how does Thing gain leverage???
Drummer is killing it.
The Munsters get A Whole Lotta Love
Great job! And getting Donny Most on drums was an outstanding idea!!!
Looks more like Danny Bonaduce ;)
Or Josh Gates
Where's potsy?
@@RJ1999x Playing bass.

Grandpa’s car was coffin dragster.
Why am I just seeing this now? This was an excellent cover, really well done.
I always loved the theme to The Munsters and you guys did an awesome job playing it!! Such fun watching you enjoying yourselves, too. Very cool!
I always hated the theme song to The Munsters but now I love it.
in sth 1990s I remember trying to convince a guy with a jazz band to learn the Muster's theme.
@@soilmanted 🤣
@@soilmanted That made me laugh out loud from the depths of my soul! Appreciate this comment! Cheers
@@MicahMicahel Now that would be a gnarly cover if a Jazz Band played this tune! Cheers
Well done guys, mighty good! Loved the tips-of-the-hat to Zeppelin & Serling too, nice touches!
Good job...... mad props to the drummer!!!
So good!! I’ve probably listened to this 12 times just today.
Simply awesome!!! One of the best versions I’ve heard. Also love the Led Zeppelin at the end! Too cool for school!!

We really like this rendition, we loved the added riffs!
Bravo!!! Sounds great guys !👍🙋♂️🖖🏻
Love drumming too!
That was the best part
Great cover! I might have to use a few of these ideas with my band this Halloween!
Absolutely terrific!...the only thing I'd add is just a little of that cool season 1 creepy organ riff, just for fun.
Very well done! Loved the Munsters & the hotrods!
I can't hit the like button enough!
Great fun song! Good on you guys.
Super Cool and Groovy Job Fellas !!!

Just missing Fred "Herman" Gwynne, "Grandpa" Al Lewis, Yvonne "Lilly" deCarlo, and Butch "Eddie" Patrick.
I remember watching the show syndicated throughout the 80's, worth it.
Now when I think of The Munsters, I picture them surfing😎.
Oh yeah😁😁👍👍❤️❤️!! Same here
Encore!
Grandpa and Herman...2 of the funniest of comedic duos
Al (Grampa)Lewis and Fred(Herman Munster)Gwynne!
They pair up far better any other T V characters in that particular Era !
Smoke a Doobie and watch Mayberry…
