@ su9978 - Hi from fall, in a blaze of colors, New England!🍁🍂🌻 It looks more like sheets of a pre-cut, heavier grade plastic wrap, designed for culinary use, rather than a metal foil wrap, to me. It must be designed to not melt when baked. I'm not aware of such a thing but will be looking into it. Alternatively, it seems to me, that the mixture could be pressed & shaped into a rectangular or two square, glass baking dishes, with foil on top, & baked at a slow oven temp so it doesn't get browned on top or bottom, should work just as well. Another option: a non-stick, or foil covered sheet pan - with sides (to retain cooking juices), or a roasting pan, formed to desired shape & thickness. When baked, cut into flat sided logs or as desired - maybe discs or cubes & then put into large freezer bags,kept separated, & single layered to freeze. Then divided into smaller bags, then placed together back into those larger bags, or put into air tight plastic containers so they're easy to locate in the freezer, protected from their bags getting punctured or torn, causing freezer burn & spoilage. I love this idea as I'd know what goes into this sausage mix!
