Welcome back to the 5th and final build to go in my Dad's matching office furniture series!
This tall pantry cabinet/armoire/wardrobe cabinet build was made using standard 2x4 boards and some birch plywood. Even with lumber prices so high these days, this build still came out under $250 and I have plenty of leftover plywood to use for my next project :)

Shara, It's good to see you're passionate about your vocation. It is very inspiring. Thank you for following your dreams. I like how you thought outside of the box in fixing your error. A mentor once told me, "The platform for success if built with the broken boards of failure, it's what you do with the broken boards that determines the outcome." You can either throw them away, or learn from them and use them in future projects. Great Job on the project and to your parents, Great job also in raising you.

@@WoodshopDiaries wow a reply. That shows class and good manners. English is not my first language. When I said simplicity. It was not meant your designs. It's the tools and effortless way you put your work together. You make it look simple even though some of what your designs looks complicated. Your like a ballerina of woodwork. Great fundamentals. Good passion for what you do. Good finishing. Great end result . Thank you for your great videos. Just keep growing your skills. You inspired my niece to start woodworking she's 13.

Nice work again ,here is a trick of the Trade , Inam a retired Professional Woodworker with over 25 years of Professional Woodworking and over 35 as a Woodworking Hobbyist you never have to reveal your mistakes just come up with good solutions and when or if you are asked about a Specific question on that area or design just come up with a simple response of oh yeah I saw a similar design on a Sam Maloof or Frank Lloyd Wright design and Inwanted to mimic that ... trust me nobody will challenge that one as for my own self I am a fan of both of those men and their work as I do have a large personal Library of their work and have been to Museumns of both of them too FYI you are by far one of the prettiest Woodworkers I’ve seen and I ran a large Architectual Woodworking division for many years

I'm not sure how I got here but I'm glad I did. I really like that build and will have to go back and watch what all you have done. After watching this one, I think there will many great ideas to find in your others.

Shara, I love the way you use 2x4's and other affordable lumber to make well-designed furniture. I also enjoy the way you explain things. Thank you for your time and effort! God Bless!

I can't wait to see the final reveal of the entire set. I absolutely love your design aesthetic, and I will admit that I have learned much from your videos. If I would suggest one thing, you might consider just ignoring the pocket hole trolls. Don't apologize for your approach to folks who will most likely never approve of anything less than their perception of perfection. If your client (in this case your dad) and you are happy with the work product, then that's good enough. If someone wants to build half blind dove tail drawer boxes, have at it... Go forth and make, and record yourself doing it, produce a video, and get out there and build a following.
There is much to be said for you Shara suiting up, even if your suit includes rain boots, showing up, and making a handmade work product. Keep on making, producing, and sharing.
I have become a fan, I enjoy your practicality, keen intellect, design sense, and clear / articulate voice over. Keep up the good work!
