Your question has no basis in the Quran. Look at 5:43. The Jews went to the living prophet to ask for his actual judgement and what is God’s response? The prophet never judged in any way other than by upholding the Scripture:
”Why do they ask you to judge among them, when they have the Torah, containing GOD's law, and they chose to disregard it? They are not believers.” 5:43
”The people used to be one community when GOD sent the prophets as bearers of good news, as well as warners. HE SENT DOWN WITH THEM THE SCRIPTURE bearing the truth, TO JUDGE AMONG THE PEOPLE IN THEIR DISPUTES. Ironically, those who received the scripture were the ones who rejected any new scripture, despite clear proofs given to them. This is due to jealousy on their part. So the word "Authentic" is subjective. To someone who blind follows,. every "Sahih" hadith is authentic. But to someone who reflects upon the Qur'an, including many scholars since centuries, have pointed out those problematic/fabricated/weak Hadiths in the Sahih Bukhari.

@@Hasan... I'll be honest and say I haven't read every single Sahih Hadiths. From the 100 or so I've learned and studied they all have a chain of narration so stringent in its authenticity that it parallels the Quran's mode of transmission (mainly oral but also in script form). This is why the science of fiqh was already established during the time of the Prophet (pbuh). He taught the ummah the rules and laws, showed them how to perform the rituals, and convened a group of learned wise sahabas for his council.
Now please tell me these so called Hadiths that mock our beloved Prophet (pbuh).

There are some weak hadiths and there are strong hadiths so some of the hadiths just don't correspond with the Quran I see where he's coming from. So we just have to be careful of how things are interpreted.

Hadiths are an undeniable part of Islam. The many prophecies that come in only authentic hadiths that have already happened as stated which proves they were 1. real prophecies and 2. if they are in Hadiths and true and beneficial to Muslims, then Hadiths are true and truly a part of Islam.
Many duas and beneficial knowledge is only in Hadiths. Many scientific miracles and of course the Sunnah itself.
This hadith only is one of the weaker attempts by kuffar and shaitan to misguide the ummah as the criminals themselves study hadiths and also keep us away from it to benefit themselves and control and harm us.
Could you answer the following questions regarding music:
1. Did Allah say music and singing is 100% haram? (yes or no)
2. Did the prophet say music and singing is 100% haram? (yes or no)
3. The Saudi Kings do the traditional Arab Sword dance with music in public (is this haram?)
4. Saudi arabia Islamic scholars allow the sale of musical instruments publicly in shops since saudi arabia was founded. (is this haram?)
5. Was Imam Shawkani (A Hadith Scholar) a deviant for saying objectively that there is no evidence that music is haram even though he wasn't a fan of music? Are there other scholars who refuted Imam Shawkani on the issue of music?
6. Are the minority positions of scholars who allow the permissibility of music deviants after providing their evidences from Quran and Hadiths?
7. In Hadith 5590 in Sahih Bukhari, does the word "Ma'azif" mean Entertainment or does this word specifically means musical instruments since Arabic word for music is "musiqaa" and the Arabic word for musical instruments is "alat musiqia"?
8. Is rapping considered singing or music, or rapping is just speech with rhymes?
9. What is the punishment for listening or producing music, like there is capital punishment for murder?
10. Did the prophet allowed the daff (musical instrument) during Eid and weddings?
11. Did the Prophet or any other Prophet ban music from their nations?
12. Is there any Islamic country in history that banned music like they banned, alcohol, instoxicants, pork?
13. Regarding Surah Luqman verse 6, did the Prophet point out this verse in any Hadith and explained it in detail?

Music is a means of communication so judge the message that is sent by the means of communication by applying the standards of the living Scripture.
The best way of not upholding baseless hadiths (31:6) is by following ahsan ul- hadith, the best Hadith, the Living Scripture the Book of consistency (39:23).
Quran Clearly mentioned Music and Poets and their followers are Shaitan aka evil doers, and Shaitan is never ever going in Jannah.

The hadith you follow would be the ones which are authentic only. Of the sunnath . What about the Sahifat of Imam Hammam ibn Munabbih who was a student of Abu Hurayrah, who was a companion of the Prophet ﷺ?
And many more hadith collections before even Bukhari and Muslim was born.
