I went to Wroclaw last year and it took my breath away. I'd not been to Poland before (I was there for a Philosophers' Rally - yes). I can't wait to go back. It's gonna be hard to beat Wroclaw for beauty, though. It's so cool this is your hometown, Ewa! I never knew that before.

Chris Brown I agree! Like seriously what a natural! She pays so much attention to the shots and scenery. Great job as always Eva. And this is a really sweet comment Chris
It's quite funny that in her biographical discussion to celebrate 1 Million Subscribers on 15th May 2021, she indicates her embarrassment about this very video. And yet it seems very professional to me, with a confidence in her voice, and a jolly attitude of enthusiasm for her home of Poland. She has a great Vlog style from the start.

This may not be your usual adventure in nature, but I’m happy to see you are still wholeheartedly yourself here, with the same perfect chuckle. 🥰 I started my own adventure channel in Jan 2023, found your channel in June I believe, and watch your adventures whenever I’m ready for a feel-good story with nature, adventure, and your heart-spoken reflections. ♥🎙 5yrs of RUclips… wow! Eva, I started watching your channel when you were trekking the Western Hemisphere. But now that I am watching some of your earlier works, I am greatly impressed. With the video effects and editing, but mostly your music choice. I love ambient/electronic/trance/techno, etc. The only place in Poland I've ever visited was Gdansk (and partly Gdynia). I've never visited the south yet. And BTW, with all respect, I think you are *severely* kissable. Keep up your amazing spirits for life and exploration!

I have watched many of your more recent videos but this one is a gem! Poland is absolutely beautiful. The food looks so delectable. And the pastel colors of the buildings is delightful to the eye. The tradition of putting locks on bridges to celebrate significant others seems to have spread to the United States as well. One of the bicycle bridges I frequently walk, or cycle, over has numerous locks attached to the chain link fences on either side. Great video, overall!
i've been watching your videos for about a year now and i had never seen your first video until now. it's amazing watching this knowing what your about to experience over the next two years when at the time this was filmed you had no idea yourself.
Thanks Eva. I stayed in Wrocław 10 years ago in 2012 as a guest of the Wrocławski Teatr Lalek, where I had a small room at the top. I felt like the phantom of the theatre at night. I was there to interview the director about puppetry for a documentary. I explored Wrocław while I was there. I was indeed impressed by the beauty of town. And being part Polish I was impressed by the history of Poland and its effect upon my own strange American life. By the way I just discovered your channel. And I plan on working my way through it from the oldest to the newest. And the reason for that is that I soon realized that this was less about travel, though that is my ostensible reason for being here, rather I discovered that there is a story here. Great video Eva, I stayed one night as a stop over in Wroclaw in 2017 on my way to Rzeszow, wish I'd had the time to look around. Look's like I'll have to come back and visit properly. I was amazed by the fantastic architecture contrasting with some of the 21st Century glass buildings, the old trams and The World Games which had been held in Wroclaw. Polish doughnuts are the best!!! Would be great if you can do similar videos in some of Poland's other large cities and towns to show how wonderful they are?

Miernicza i okolice (Spilberg kręcił tam film), okolice za ZOO wzdłuż rzeki, ogród japoński, pasaż Pokoyhof, pub Mleczarnia... Pozdrawiam

The Americanized version is called a filled donut (filled with fruit filling, custard, or cream filling in an elongated deep fried shell) but they are not round. Sold only in ethnic neighborhoods or donut chains within Pennsylvania, Ohio, & Wisconsin areas. Lots of Eastern Europeans emigrated to those regions.
Wroclaw seems to have faired better after WWII than did poor Warsaw. Some of my family is from Warsaw, and I used to hear from the grans that it was once incredibly beautiful. Thanks for the tour of your beautiful city!
The difference between these two cities is, Wroclaw was a german city for over 600 years until 1945 and Warsaw not.
Thanks for the video! So Probably I'll go to wroclaw in some moths, astonishing city!
Did you manage to visit?
