In the camera is off a little bit you have trouble trying to really see the screen in daylight so you would have to turn the brightness up as high as possible just to be able to get a glimmer of it
Are the cases different from the G power and the G 5G?
Motorola are making excellent hardware these days. Hell even their Android skin is quite good. If they would actually commit to supporting their phones for more than a year or two they would be a real contender. I love their new Android 12 version, has it's own unique flavor but it sucks knowing that the device won't get anything after Android 13.

Im convinced the whole idea behind not updating phone vesion is a planned event; 1- to keep the manufacturers in business buy keeping the products they make only useful for a couple of years thereby, 2- causing consumers to have to re-purchase new devices. No problem cause in the unverse we live in if everything worked forever-there would be no need to make things and no jobs would be made. So its all in the economic good for us all to buy something new every now and then!!
Of course it is a planned event, everything that these companies do is calculated down to when they believe the customer is likely to update their device. I actually agree though myself, some people think just because they buy a device that it'll be supported for life. As a consumer, who doesn't like to get something shiny and new from time to time?
@@oneminutewonder77 well that's true. I don't want to keep a phone more than 2 years anyways, at least not as my main phone. I've been very please with Motorola phones. There's nothing fancy about them, but they work great and come with Google Phone natively which screens all my annoying phone calls from scammers.

Recently, got it from best buy for $199.99+tax I'm not gonna lie the price, performance, & storage doesn't seem all that bad but, mainly the reason I'm getting it is because it's "unlocked" I almost bought the A14 5g but for the storage, camera, & RAM.. it makes a difference considering both have the same price tag.
i wish you would have covered screen shot mode...... here are my 2 questions,
1 do you have to hold the volume up and power button to turn off the phone and do you use the volume button to take a screen shot? i am in need of a new moto as my current phone is not holding charge and this looks like what i need. thank you

Just got it for 133$ and I'm so happy had a cheap free phone for hot spot I use a z fold 3 and iphone mini 13 off the hot spot from cricket and this was my upgrade and man does it feel better than the first phone they gave me
I got this phone for $80 on boost couple months ago. Not bad dose the job, I have noticed a lot of software quirks like the volume of your music jumping up and down as you move around on the phone. Going to get android 13 on it in January I think. Will probably use it for another year till I can pick out something I really want.

Just bought this phone from BestBuy for $200.00 new/unlocked. So far I'm real happy with it, to me the display looks nice, I don't mind it being a 720p display but NGL a FHD display would have been nice. The performance is very decent for me as well, just about everything seems snappy from reading online articles to watching RUclips videos in the background. Only time I really notice this phone slowing down is when it's downloading a ton of apps/updates in the background. I think the 2 biggest disappointments for me would be the camera, gosh how I wish it had a freakin telephoto lense in it. Like come on bruh, GIVE ME THE MACRO LENSE! Also it having a mono speaker kinda bites, I mean its ehhhh alright, its not bad but it could've been better. Besides that I'm real happy with everything else especially for the price.
You have to click the flower for macro and looks like you have to enable ultra resolution every time

One thing you missed out on is that excessive usage of the phone it gets hot after 10 minutes and it starts dragging as it starts heating up so therefore you would have to use a cooling app the cool it down and a power saver if you wanted to last for at least a whole day the longest I ever got out of using it is a half a day a day and a half after that appear to be a pretty nice phone

@@TechDaily doesn't feel like a successor for a motorola one 5g ace. only updates is 90hz display 256gb 8 ram, cons ips 720 display lack of nfc one software update mediatek dimensity 700 so so last but not least no ultrawide camera which motorola should stick with ultrawide and macro hybrid camera.
How does the Mediatek Dimensity 930's support for LPDDR4X memory technology improve the Moto G Power 5G's multitasking capabilities and app loading speeds?
I just got it and have been using it for a week or so. Screen is slightly above average. Processor and movements of the phone are relatively fast. Camera is good during the day but at night is very bad b. Battery is pretty good. It feels lighter than it looks. If performance lasts i think its worth the price.Not dual SIM that's another flaw. But 256gb is pretty nice. I got it for 200 dollars.
Boost mobile right is offering this phone for 9.99! But u have to qualify for a upgrade that is wild!
Just purchased this phone and right now this is the best phone I have gotten the features for this phone is great for the price this is a steal I am enjoying it now been having some issues with some other phones with breaks I plan on keeping this phone for a while sounds are great cameras are great with night vision pretty cool worth the purchase already I can't wait until even put a llittle more time on the phone.

I can't believe they offer a phone like this at $400. Just check the specs of moto edge 20 pro 5g which they sell here online in India ..with the same price tag. It has a 144hz FHD OLED panel with SD 870. No offense though and very nice vid.

I think it really depends on what you use your phone for when comparing these phones. If you mainly use your phone for phone calls, text messaging, emails, and some light duty apps like Lyft and Uber, then the Motorola is a great phone. If you want better cameras, a better gaming experience, then upgrade to Samsung, but even the A33 is too low for that.

I'm just getting one from HSN for $99 / tracfone (which is what I wanted) and it comes with 1500 min/text/data and a year of service. I have a moto g power I've had just over a year and I've been having issues with running apps on it or rather it won't run apps on it, you can't download any new apps, you can't update apps.... so I wanted another phone hoping I won't have the same issues... ugh! but from your review I'm thinking $99 bucks with the extras is worth it... oh and mine comes with car charger, case and desk stand.

I just came from an LG v60 and I don't really notice any performance decrease maybe like a split second because the Snapdragon 865 in the v60 is an absolute f****** monster whoever this phone has in it it's pretty damn snappy

Wdym by chinese phones? I got a really bad experience with them. Xiaomi is meh... Barely last a month then ghosts touch happens since then plus it got ads if you don't know. Tried to send it back but the store claims that i broke it lol. Too excited and even buy all kinds of accessories just to gives a huge disappointment.

Tbh Xiaomi and realme won't last long than moto cuz their bloatware and heavy ui makes the device's performance sluggish and really disgusting in the 2-3 years. Motorola just needs to provide the accurate specs price accordingly and the rest is just a cherry on cake for them
Motorola's sense-of-direction has gone rogue here in North America with many of their devices, this most certainly is one of them. I mean throwing in extra storage/ram ain't gonna make up for its shortfalls specially at its price point - crappy display, massive bezels (swear they keep getting bigger), lacking NFC!!!, single speaker, no ultrawide camera, max 1080p@30 video recording, and the list goes on - Here in Canada Moto G 5G (2022) price point is set to be around $500+ CAD and I'd have to have rocks in my head to even think about spending that amount on a device such as this utterly crazy... Bought the Samsung A52 5G last year for less!!! Will say the Mediatek chipset appears capable enough yet coupled with rejects parts surely the overall experience ain't gonna be great.
Well those european and Indians version are also available on Amazon Usa. Just buy from there. Easy

Not free but damn close. I had to agree to stay with a higher rate plan for three months to get the phone free. About sixty bucks total difference but of course get the upgrades of the better plan as well.

I bought this phone because it boasts a 2 day battery, as well as for the 6GB RAM, and 256GB of storage. I had this phone for a week. Each night, I would charge the phone to 100%, and unplug it in the morning. However, this phone definitely does not last 2 days. In fact, it only lasts about 9 and 1/2 hours on a complete charge. I don't stream movies, or play games on my phone. Just basic usage, text message, web surfing, email, etc. Everyday, I had to plug my phone back in the charger during the later afternoon, early evening as there was only about 20% left on the battery. So this is either false advertisement about the 2-day battery, or I got a dud. I sent the phone back for a full refund. So if you're contemplating getting this phone because of the stated 2-day battery, I would advise not buying it.

Im currently experiencing the same issues mentioned above and I've had mine for less than 1 month. Im very disappointed given this is my 3rd moto phone coming from Moto G7 Power. I'm open to suggestions to replace my moto g 5G (2022) for something with at least 2 days of battery life.
Strange, I have using mine all day since around 12 and it's 4:18 am now. That's almost 17 hrs and it's at 52 percent. Ive been watching RUclips and movies all day.

Update: after 8months of using this phone, Do Not buy this phone, Im usually a motorola fanboy but this phone sucks, so many technical problems, the 90hz screens drains your battery so fast after a couple months that I just leave it at 60hz, the display always starts glitching and doenst let me type or click stuff so I have to reset my phone, the speakers sucks compared to last gens, it just hasnt been a good experience for me.
Rightnow its on 222$ en tmobile + taxes, i just paid the taxes 20$ and they are sendin my one on trade in by galaxy s9 cracked. “ free phone” they said to me 😅

I'm sorry, but can u redo this video and unwrap the phone the right way instead of tearing the paper, this is the first phone I wanna get with my own money at 16 and ur the youtuber I'd go to, to watch phone unboxings and it's the only one out of all the other phones u mess up the unboxing. Also I can get this phone on cricket (online not in store) for $30 (new costumer). Also I have a government phone (8gb, 1gb space) it's a free phone with free data but it's a bad phone and gets hot easy prolly after like 5-10 mins, I would gladly have the g 5g any day, and ur saying it has lil bit of a bad sensor, and a lil bit of bad video quality. If u wanna know bad, try using a government phone. Also this phone has a 2000mah battery and drains fast I'm talking 1-2 hours of video play. I get all day with doin nothing.
