Wow, your tutorials are like an insight into some secret knowledge that few people are prepared to share. I love your teaching style, you voice is easy and pleasant to listen to and I can hear every word. The camera shows all of the moves so we don't miss any that have slipped out of view. Perfect tutorial and I cannot wait for more. Your work is amazingly detailed. I also like the way you turn the clamp rather than just doing it with the direction of the round weaving wire. Thank you.
I never comment on like any video but I have to say thank you so much for posting these. It near impossible to find good heady wrap tutorials that aren't super expensive. Also you probably already know this, but you're a great teacher. I finally feel like I will be able to achieve the wrapping style I want. Looking forward to the next video in the series.
I appreciate it! i really enjoy teaching, its been fun to pass along little tips and tricks ive picked up over the years. I hope they continue to be helpful to you in your own work!

I had never seen any of your videos, but this one is so therapeutic and the piece is GORGEOUS!!! I USUALLY skip videos with pieces that are so elaborate, due to the fact that the few I had seen the instructions were hard to follow, voice break up and camera out of focus. This is TREULY INSPIRATIONAL. You made it seem possible for me to give it a shot. Looking forward to see some of your previous videos. THANK YOU FOR SHARING, AND TEACHING YOUR AMAZING SKILLS AND ART.
So, I've got some of the patterns down from just messing around in the past, what I'd like to learn most is locking the patterns together while keeping them tight. In the future though itd be awesome to learn how to set the gems in the said locked patterns. I always make a bunch of the weaves, but can never seem to find out a way to get them all to hold strong enough to one another.
You can tell this is a master and very talented wire weaving master.Thank you for your teaching and sharing your gift.I seen these on ectsy and thought they were master pieces.
I could watch your videos all day. I really enjoy seeing your use of all different kinds of wire the square and half round give such a cool look. Thanks for sharing.🤗
Def joining the Patreon! This is the best teacher when it comes to wire weaving. I love his teaching technique. He’s so patient and very detailed. Also the quality of the video is very nice. I can see perfectly what he is doing in each step.
Absolutely loving your teaching style and methodology..you are wickedly talented and I really appreciate the time given and Skills shared since you started here.
Learning these techniques was awesome. I'd love to see step by step just how you put them together to make those awesome pendants! I'm hoping those videos are in your gallery. Thanks for sharing this!
I would just love a tutorial on how to put it all together into something super chunky and dense... like THAT piece... I can do most all of the weaves. Just have a hard time mapping out how to get them all together in an aesthetically pleasing way. Thank you for the very informative video!!
YOu have inspired me so much with your knowledge and concise teaching. I became a patreon member today and look forward to learning more from you. Have a blessed day
I believe you are teaching us a start to finish pendant by making your short tutorials. I think I like it better this way. First was the frame video, then the bail, now how to weave and coil. Next I hope is how to make things flow and how to attach components. Maybe multi stone pendants as well. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and amazing talent. You are an amazing instructor and make things seem simple
In a way, yes! these videos are geared toward teaching you all the techniques i use to come up with my own desgins for you to use in your own work. i will have some start to finish tutorials detailing my process available to my patrons on Patreon as well
I've been enjoying your videos. You make it easy to see what you're doing and simple to understand. I used to do wire wrapping, but someone recently gifted me with a lot of nice wire and i wanted to learn to do better things with it. Thank you, and kerp up the good work!
lately I've been on the down and out as far as creativity and motivation go when it comes to wrapping some crystals but these videos are inspiring me to get back into it. thank you!!
wooow!! i just got a little curious about wire crafting but it's really great that i found this video and your channel! Those pieces looks so cool and pretty! 😍💖 thank you for sharing your techniques! i might try them out myself some other time 😁
That was beautifully done .thankyou thankyou. I am working on my sons glasses the arms are broke of so I thought I would run some brass wire through the hole where the screw goes and wire wrap some cool arms for them and the curve for the bend by his ear. So i believe that your smooth moves and cool maneuvers were just the thing to help me with this . Your awesome. Thankyou again .and much 💘 love
your videos are helping me tremendously...Thank you for taking the time to share...just finished my first pendant using your framing technique...loving the result!!
Thank you, I have been looking at the various posted pieces from different people trying to figure out just what u showed in this video. Can't wait for some more of your work. Quite lovely
What beautiful wire patterns! I've never done this but find it fascinating. Your pendants are outstanding. Very rich wire patterns that are so artistic. I'll never be as good as you. Stunning work. The only feedback I can give is to keep the background light so we can see the thin wires more clearly. The background is a swirled wood which is distracting. Maybe put a very dark gray colored fabric behind instead as a backdrop. This way, your hands and wires will stand out against a darker and more uniform backdrop. Other than that, it it very well demonstrated.
Another amazing tutorial, man your a great person for sharing your skills with the world you make me want to start a patreon account, nice work love your design and artistic flare that comes from deep within your soul, thankyou.. ⭐👍
Holy crap! I’m trying to do a wire wrap, and I can’t keep wires together how I want them, to wrap it. Then you “clamp” your wires together, and I think, “oh, I need to find a wire wrapping clamp tool thingy, AI wonder how much.” Then. I realized you’re just using a generic clamp! I have tons of those, and other plastic clamps I can use: genius! Thanks for this video!
Admiro a esta gente que comparte con nosotros su arte de elaborar tan hermosas piesas gracias amigo DIOS te bendiga y no ser envidioso. Tiene mucho talent pero me gustaria que lo hicieras complete para ver como se hace la piesa completa
Beautiful work, great tutorial. When my hands were strong enough to do wire work I didn’t have a clamp to hold the wires, that sure makes it so much easier. I would like to know where you purchased your clamp. If this grandmother has another hand surgery I might try again. Thank you for this video it’s inspiring.
This tutorial is fabulous!! Thank you 😊If at all possible, I would love to learn how to do a pendant just like the one on you video. That would be incredible. I see these awesome pendant but, don’t know how to do it lol 😂
thanks for watching! i hope it is helpful! i will be releasing a full start to finish pendant tutorial for those interested on my Patreon. the plan is actually to release a new start to finish project tutorial once a month to my patrons on there, those tutorials may be for sale on my website eventually as well. since i make my living on jewelry i cant quite afford to give away all of the secrets for how i put together my pieces for free, but i will always have free tutorials on this channel! if you are interested in supporting the channel and having access to more features like those start to finish tutorials, check out my patreon page at www.patreon.com/raftark
I would love to know how you did those to pieces that I saw in your tutorial. You have helped so many people in learning new things. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏
Thank you for sharing! I am interested to see the next parts in this series and the advanced ring making. I am also curious, how do you get your square wire so straight? With round wire I am able to either twist by hand or with a drill to straighten it out, this doesn't work with square wire though.
Thank you for watching! I order almost all of my wires (other than really small stuff) coiled instead of spooled. this helps reduce the clutter of all the spools and reduces the amount of wasted plastic in my life, but i also find it helps to keep the wires from twisting while being packed around the spool in the facility! i use my nylon tips or my fingers to gently pull the wires straight
What you have shared so far is wonderful and the visual techniques are so helpful! I would love to see how you attach a weave to the frame -- that is where I personally fail -- miserably. Everything I attach looks like a hot, mangled mess. It probably just evolves in time -- perhaps I'm too impatient.
Can you make a video on how to adjust the thickness of the wires to the size of the pendant. Small pendants are made of thinner wires than large pendants. It is also very difficult to assess the length of the wires to prepare. Although indicative.how do you determine how much wire to use and what. such a movie would be very useful.
I am working on one now! i plan on releasing a start to finish tutorial each month to my Patreon subscribers. these tutorials will go through each detail of my process including stone sizes, wire lengths, etc so you can follow the project through to completion. check out my page if that is something you are interested in (in addition to a number of other perks i've included as rewards for helping me support this channel!) www.patreon.com/raftark

It's a lot of trial and error! this is definitely something i could cover to help streamline for you though!
Can we see how the wires get connected?
Very beautiful
This is really helpful and gets the creative juices flowing, thank you! One question: why square wire and not round?

Thanks for the video. Nicely explained.
What kind of wire was it you were using? Is it silver aluminum or maybe stainless?
Thanks,
Rob
Hey Rob! i am using sterling silver in all of these videos
Very nice!
