Because she's a poke champ and a laner at the same time. It's easier for poke champs to do more dmg than assasins and it's easier for laners to do more dmg than junglers. To top it off she has 14 deaths and I can tell you running it down by constantly fighting and constantly dying, while often times really stupid, does result in you dealing damage to champions, even though this damage might not even force a recall so it's worthless
I like how every time i see a veigar in the bot lane the have lethal tempo "by accident" and then go 20/0. Its some secret meta, im sure of it, they trying to hide it from us.
Something I've noticed from cancer range tops like Vayne, Lucian and ashe, at least at low ranks is that they very mechanically awful. So when I play against them I just be patient until my jungle comes up at level 3 and kills them because they never Ward or even think that the jungle would naturally rotate top.
No joke, just yesterday i had an aphelios top that managed to go 0/10/1 against aatrox and my team decided to bm me for going crit ezreal. We somehow managed to win and in the post game chat the aphelios told the aatrox he sucked and then immediately left. Ranged top players are clearly built different.

speaking of ranged champions, i was bored and decided to make a champion idea..... and just so happened to make probably the most toxic top laners to fight.... these are the abilities i made xd. passive: when Eluin is in a bush he gains 10-30% bonus movement speed. this is increased to 15-45% when an enemy champion is near by. if you stand in a bush for 2.5 seconds, you will gain 500 bonus units in vision range, and you can see 500 unites over walls. enemy champions and mosnters that are revealed or walk into this bonus vision range are marked. mark: against champions: all damage dealt on that next auto attack will deal 150% damage, and you will gain 100 attack range on the marked champion against monsters: gain 10-30% bonus movement speed toward the monster, 200 bonus attack range, and all damage dealt on that next auto attack will deal 300% damage. in bush movement speed: 10/20/30% at levels 1/6/11 mark against monsters movemnet speed: 10/20/30% at levels 1/6/11 q: eluin fires 3 arrows to 3 enemies, prioitizing champions, and low health enemies, dealing physical damage, and slowing them for 1 second. eluin then gains movement speed, and his auto attacks hit 3 times. the movement speed is doubled if he is half hp, and running away from enemy champions first hit: 100% ad ratio second and third hit: 50% ad ratio base damage:50/70/90/110/130 AD ratio: 45% slow: 25/30/35/40/45% movement speed: 20/30/40/50/60% increased movement speed: 40/60/80/100/120% cool down: 13/12/11/10/8 cost: 50 mana w: you can hold 2 charges of this ability. eluin dashes to 450 unites away from the enemy, and fires an arrow. this arrow will slow the enemy for 1.5 seconds and deal physical damage. if cast on the ground, you will consume one of the charges, and place an invisible trap. if an enemy walks over the trap, they will take no damage, but be slowed for 2 seconds, and marked for 5. in addition, you instantly gain that charge of your w when an enemy activates the trap. the normal range of you w is 700, but it is increased to 900 agianst marked champions. when you activate your w on a marked champion you will still dash to 450 unites away from them, but you will stun instead of slowing. *if you have one trap out, you can only have 1 charge until you either pick up the trap by walking over it, or the trap is activated. if you have both traps out, you effectively don't have a w* base damage: 70/100/130/160/190 AD ratio: 65% slow: 35% trap slow: 25% cool down per charge: 20/17/14/11/8 cost: 70 mana e: passive: auto attacks and abilties against enemies mark them. if there is at least one marked champion you can then activate this ability. active: fire a bolt at all marked enemies dealing physical damage. this will also break an existing shields by 50%, and reduce all incoming shields by 75%. *the cast time if this ability is increased by 0.05 seconds for every bolt you fire* base damage: 50/90/130/170/210 AD ratio: 70% AP ratio: 50% range: 750/800/900/1000/1150 cool down: 16/14/12/10/8 cost: 90/80/70/60/50 mana ult: equip a special bow, gaining 100 attack range (does not stack with passive), and bonus attack damage. you can then recast this ability up to 10 times. recast: fire a very quick arrow in a thin line at 1000 range. these arrows go through all enemies, dealing physical damage, and marking them until the ult ends. after you use all 10 recasts, you can then recast this again to fire 3 additional arrows at all marked enemies (does not count as a projectile), dealing damage 3 more times, and root the enemies hit for 1.5 seconds. *after the first cast there is a 0.25 second cd until you can recast* *there is only a 0.075 second cd between recasts* bonus attack damage: 20/35/50 base damage on recast: 10/20/30 base damage on final cast: 15/30/45 per arrow recast and final cast AD ratio: 5% final cast AP ratio: 20% ap per arrow i am sorry if anythign like this gets put into league of legends... although i do think i would haev a lot of fun with this champion..

Hey Rav I need to ask this, but in the Ashe video was there anyone without flash in that game? Because this feels very similar to a game I played awhile ago. I just want to know if we played against it or with you.
dying more than 15 times in a game should lock draft pick and force the player into at least 2 bot games until queuing again. the only people that die that much are either 1) too tilted to continue playing with other humans (bot games increase their self esteem) 2) not good enough to be playing with other humans yet (bot games are decent practice) 3) sion/karthus players (they get a pass i think)
I see some comments that do some logic gymnastics on trying to defend range top. Playing on top lane as a melee champ against range mobile champ is a sure BORING farm simulator of around 15 minutes, especially how notorious counter pick on top lane is, even not interacting with the enemy laner can earn a huge cs advantage. And 15 minutes is enough to define who snowballs or not on other lanes. And if its on plat+, having priority on herald speeds up laning phase for mid or bot hence having more gold lead and roam potential. Whats worse, riot keeps it for "pick diversity" when pickable top lane champs are around triple the champ pool for bot/adr champ.
Welcome to the top lane in plat plus if you mess up the wave you better to prepare to get the lane frozen for 5 mins and if you dare to step on the wrong pixel you'll be dead. Ranged top laners are great if you play the wave correctly and you can actually play ranged champions.

dying more than 15 times in a game should lock draft pick and force the player into at least 2 bot games until queuing again. the only people that die that much are either
1) too tilted to continue playing with other humans (bot games increase their self esteem)
2) not good enough to be playing with other humans yet (bot games are decent practice)
3) sion/karthus players (they get a pass i think)

I see some comments that do some logic gymnastics on trying to defend range top.
Playing on top lane as a melee champ against range mobile champ is a sure BORING farm simulator of around 15 minutes, especially how notorious counter pick on top lane is, even not interacting with the enemy laner can earn a huge cs advantage.
And 15 minutes is enough to define who snowballs or not on other lanes.
And if its on plat+, having priority on herald speeds up laning phase for mid or bot hence having more gold lead and roam potential.
Whats worse, riot keeps it for "pick diversity" when pickable top lane champs are around triple the champ pool for bot/adr champ.
Welcome to the top lane in plat plus if you mess up the wave you better to prepare to get the lane frozen for 5 mins and if you dare to step on the wrong pixel you'll be dead.
Ranged top laners are great if you play the wave correctly and you can actually play ranged champions.
I really love the twist with the "Surprise I'm a dead Bitch" comment and as always grandiose work making the ad actually enjoyable to watch
