I bought this scooter. I also watched every review of it on RUclips. This review is the best one. It accurately represents the scooter and what to expect if you buy one. Some of the reviews of this scooter are VERY poorly done. They compare this scooter with top of the line products. This is a basic scooter sold at an affordable price. It's a good product but it's not a Lamborghini of scooters. If you want that type of a scooter, keep looking and prepare to dig deeper in your pocketbook to get it. This scooter is ideal for short trips on paved roads. Travel by bus or train to get to work and need something to get to and from the last mile for the bus or train station? This is it. Want to go 10 miles to commute to work on it? Probably not your best choice. I use mine usually for quarter mile trips around my neighborhood ... or sometimes up to a mile to go to Starbucks. It excels in that type of use. Acceleration is great. Ride quality is fine ... it doesn't have a suspension system so you will feel bumps in uneven or poorly maintained roads. It's not for off roading or riding on unpaved roads. You'd probably want a higher priced product for that with a more advanced suspension system. The reviewer makes a *VERY IMPORTANT* point in his review and that is about the braking system. It's very aggressive. Hitting the electric brake hard while traveling fast will probably knock you off the scooter. If you buy this scooter, you need to start out slow and practice working the brake. It's not hard but it's not something that you just jump on this scooter and throttle it up to max speed and hit the brake hard and expect to have it work perfectly. When you hit that electric brake hard, it's going to stop the scooter hard. It you aren't prepared for it, it may not end well. Not suggesting that this isn't a good product. I love mine. But be prepared to start out slow and practice working the brake. Again, it's an aggressive brake. As I started out saying, I watched every single RUclips video review on this scooter. A couple were criminally bad. Really poorly done. This reviewer gets it all right and does a great job.
Good review!! It's nice to hear someone enjoyed it like I did!! I got the s10 BK I think is the model...amazing bang for the buck!! I wish I had researched a tiny bit more, cuz I got the one with the 5.0 amp battery...I'm sure the 7.5 would have been worth the extra 20 bucks or so... There are some flaws...it's a rough ride, being in my 50s it may be contributing to my aches and pains,...but kinda hard to tell...I used to ride skateboards, the scooter's wheels are much more forgiving than skateboard wheels...but the only suspension is basically the rubber of the tire...so you have to be careful...most sidewalks are pretty comfortable to ride..but a tiny pothole could really really suck.... The headlight is awful...worst thing about the whole thing...it does serve the purpose of other people being able to see you, which is ok, but can hardly ride at night without the help of streetlights The brake leaves much to be desired. It's a cool design, but not enough stopping control, or stopping power....they are dangerous if you're riding on hills...they use the motor in reverse, so the same way it starts to slow down going uphill when you hit that too steep incline, when you are going downhill the same things applies...the brake power starts to fade...the problem is you accumulate way more momentum and speed going downhill...I've spent most of my life on either a skateboard, bmx bike or mountain bike, and while I'm no expert, that knowledge of riding those vehicles kinda helped me to have good instincts as far as keeping myself alive on this scooter...if someone got hold of this thing that didn't have some of that knowledge, you could get in a whopper of a bad crash... That said, I love the way the brake works, it's genius,..and no brake pads to change!..I think in combination with a drum brake on the other wheel, this could work really well (I think the new scooter, the s11, has this braking system.) ....the s10 brake has a lever, but it's basically full on or full off ...you just kinda have to feather it as you go, which is annoying slowing down and speeding up...it needs some travel there Also, folding the bike up I broke the plastic hook up by the handlebars when I made a slight sideways motion when it was hooked together...a latch would seem more secure, rather than this kinda quick hitch system...a little too light duty there for that piece to last...I wonder how many other s10 owners have broken theirs too? I love it though, with all it's flaws....the thinking when buying it was to ride this to work instead of my 18 mpg SUV every day to work...if it lasts till the end of the year, it would have surely paid for itself in gas by then...at 215 bucks shipped, I really wasn't expecting a lot...it exceeded my expectations for sure!! Nice acceleration, you get places quick and save time looking for parking places!! And it's fun to ride!! The display is really nice and visible virtually always. The frame seems incredibly solid, and I love the "skateboard deck" vibe of it...it feels indestructible below your feet...the wheels seem really burly too... I've had it for a few months and the folding latch is starting to get looser, it makes sense, it just gets so much torque down there close to the bottom of the handlebar post,...we'll see how that holds up It's really fun....it's been my ride to work every day since I got it Caveat... if you're not a nitro circus guy, put on a helmet and some pads and be careful...if you want to get crazy with this thing, that option is going to be there for you!! HAHA
I love your positivity, i am wanting to get this scooter from newegg but wanted to see some reviews on it first, saw another review on yt that scared me, they said this was pretty much garbo, but after watching your review i would like to buy it. i just need it to take me to the gym and back, the gym is 3 miles away. i like how even if this scooter runs out of juice you can still use it with your foot power
I just bought this, your review was accurate, nice pleasant ride, goes over incline greater than expected too, I live in the country so nothing but roads, I need this to get me from A to B. In my humble opinion, the footing board, could have been slightly wider and it's a solid chonky 11kg, scooter, so i find it best to actually walk with it by your side, than carry that anywhere, unless if I'm getting in a cab, but that's it. new beginner so feel like the high setting is kinda dangerous, like you said speed demon😂
I just got mine fixed it up 30mins ago...that's 4 whichever yr ur watching this...😆.....its nite time now but anyway I took it for a ride its reeaaallly realy nice..very smooth
The wheel are somewhat pro and con because it is a solid wheel which doesn’t get burst come to contact with penetrative object but when riding on crack or uneven ground the riding experience rather rough.
I got one already but was looking for another scooter for when my daughter visits me. I saw this scooter at a ridiculous low price combined with a coupon code. The 7.5 version fitted the specs I was looking for.
Hi. Can someone answer please? When you push the throttle does the scooter take off rapidly? or do it get faster bit by bit? Is there like a jerking sensation when it do?
I got my Megawheels earlier in the week. A week of use running around the neighborhood. I didn't count the total miles but a lot of 1/4 mile runs back and forth. Did a long run through the neighborhood park last night with the headlight on. This morning, the battery meter went down to 50%. I cleaned it and put it on the charger. That was after a week, 12-17 miles is the reported mileage. My guess is 17 miles is with an average weight rider (150 -170lbs), never using the headlight, and keeping it on the slow (6 MPH setting). You might get 10 - 12 miles with the faster setting but I wouldn't want to go 12 miles straight. It's a good product but it's not a high-end product. There's no real suspension system and after a few miles you are going to start feeling the road a lot. And after 12 miles, you are going to be out of gas. And even if you take your charger with you, it's going to take a few hours to recharge. This is an entry level scooter ideal for short trips on paved roads. Does a great job on that. Maybe in use for commuting for a "last mile" to get to/from the bus or train station. I love my scooter but I wouldn't consider using it for any 12 mile journey. Maybe 1-2 miles. But that's it.

I'm considering buying one. Is there an aftermarket seat adapter that would fit this model?
I got one already but was looking for another scooter for when my daughter visits me. I saw this scooter at a ridiculous low price combined with a coupon code. The 7.5 version fitted the specs I was looking for.
Does it come with a uk based plug or a USA one and if so where could I get an adapter. Would a two prong travel adapter be good enough for charging??
That looks like so much fun, I need to get me one 🥺
I got mine a Month ago. This Guy did a good Job on his Video.
I got mine today. It’s insanely fast, especially if you had a slow scooter like the razor e175
What the name of the charger of this scooter to buy because I lose it
My s 10 scooter doesn't want to go up all the way? Any idea?
How far can you get on it also what battery is it 5.0Ah or 7
Can someone give me the link for the charger to this scooter i cant find it, thanks
Is there an app and if there is what’s the name of it any1 know?
Hi. Can someone answer please? When you push the throttle does the scooter take off rapidly? or do it get faster bit by bit? Is there like a jerking sensation when it do?
you'll be okay ...it should be adjustable
When you get on push off to go Push the throttle down It picks up speed as you ride. You'll be Ok
Is this the 7.5?
Is AMAZING 🤩👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Keep up the awesome videos 😊
Probably easier if you used the mount to, I mean that why they sent it 🤦🏽. And you just tossed it as if it was nothing.
Also could i go 12 miles on it
