Here I am, with a BMW M240i that I’ve just bought from a car crash auction website. The vehicle was categorised as Cat S, meaning it had a structural damage. When I was bidding for this car, no one else wanted it, but why? Find out with me if this car is here to give me the biggest win or the biggest L of my life!

I've added Milltek exhaust, along with ECP brake pad and discs along with new lines, and interior mods I just updated the centre idrive screen to add apple carplay/andriod auto. The car come with the upgraded LSD as so that would of been the only other upgrade i would of done. Looking forward to your build it Deffo one of the few cars that put a smile on ypur face everything you drive it.

This is a good way to go for your RUclips. There is another lad who used to ride BMX and now does up super cars on RUclips and knew nothing about cars.

Buy a Haynes Roadster chassis, or if you can hold of a DAX Rush chassis. Take all the running gear out and build a kit car.

Yeh bro ain't the battery got sum sort of modules connected to the battery. They could get damaged by connecting a battery charger jumper. 😢 What I thought. Your the mechanic u know best bro I just thought I'd tell u. 😊

Please ask everybody to comment tips and advice and if they have any parts when you strip that down in each video, youtube have some clever people here that know things we don't and can't see and i'd love to learn some things or two on this one, and others would also like to learn.

I sourced the airbag for the steering wheel. I have a BMW trade account so it wasn’t too too bad… still expensive though 🤣
6-7k to put right I reckon depending if you can get hold of second hand stuff

@themarvelousvlog nah black, I did watch another blue one go on Fri tho, I've run out of space in my yard or I'd have had it, I didn't see yours (Northern Yard?) tbh I'd have budgeted around 8-9 (depending how far it was maybe 10) for it tho and saw nothing scary in your break down so you done very well, I also tune and modify (a lot) stuff so have a good idea how your gonna get 700 from that B58 and your gonna be very happy with it for sure, just remember as you increase cylinder pressure you'll strain the spark, upgrade your coils or be prepared to replace them every 8k ish and run colder plugs you probably know the rest!
You have a Perfect opportunity for a wide body or M kit keep that in mind before replacing with stock and have fun bro...👍👌👍
Im actually super chuffed you guys are going this route I mentioned a few months ago you should do this you're gonna have great fun and its addictive as, modifying, tuning and rebuilding is a whole new thing over repairs you clearly have the love so I see great things on your Horizon bro.

Shouldn’t have even bid to the reserve if no one else was bidding, they would have sent you a counter offer and you just refuse to move from original.

The car I got now is CAT S but it's rear end damage and not front end. I'll never take that chance at all.
Easier to bend rear end than front. Tbf, both have downsides but I’d rather front than rear (I’m straight by the way) 👀😂
