If you want full contact there's kickboxing and ufc. What's great about point fighting is the clean technique, timing, and suspense. This takes away what is great about point fighting but doesn't have what's great about kickboxing.

all the people pointing out how "bad of fighters" these guys are.... this is its own style of sparring, semi contact continuous KARATE style. not kickboxing style, not muay thai style, karate. its completely different than what u would see in the ring, or in point sparring. ...these guys are multi-time world champions, any one of us in the comment section would get our asses handed to us in a glass jar if we sparred with any of the guys in this video. all you losers out there gotta judge tho, thats not a winning world champion attitude, which is part of the reason these guys made it this far and yall didnt. stop talking shit and learn something from everyone around you, and maybe youll make it to the next level of competition.
I wanted to see more contact and more clean techniques . WE must remember that martial art is not a destination , I'm sure that these young men are learning everyday something new . I guess martial art in America is different than in Japan and Okinawa . well whatever make them feel good is what counts ...
