    I just bought the mini and used it for 5 minutes and 5 minutes in the morning and after just those 2 uses I kinda do feel like my face is a bit more lifted. I’m 51 and been through a few really rough years and my face shows it (lots of crying). I feel like it is helping and going to keep using it for at least a week.

    I'm 65 this year, Ive used Nuface mini for 2 months. I wish I could say I saw improvement around the mouth but line seem the same. I didn't need it for jowls and I knew forehead 11s wouldn't get better with this. But I did help the lines from nose to mouth. Oh well, I'll keep using it, I spend enough but actually find nuface fix works better for quck fix on crows feet.

    Thank you for a thorough review. I bought this device but returned it in the end as I didn't see (or feel) any significant results. In view of the amount of time that's invested in using the device 3-5 times per week, I think facial massage and hydrating treatments yield better results overall.

    It helps me with migrene. I can feel no tension in my face after the massage and it’s a huge relief. When I was using it constantly, I’ve seen the difference. The texture, the lift effect and, to my surprise, my lips became bigger and plumpier which was a nice side effect. But I have the same struggle with being constant :-)

    Really good video but i felt that nu face did very little for me and have found that radio frequency, micro demabrasion and led therapy all give much, much quicker and longer lasting results. When i stopped with the nu face my skin drooped within 2 weeks. If anyone does decide to get this dont bother with the nu face gel, just buy the same gel that is used for ultrasound scans..much cheaper and is basically the same thing.

    I own both the Nuface with the attachments and the Foreo Bear, I personally like the Foreo tool better it is quicker, and for some reason easier to use therefore I work it into my daily routine, whereas the Nuface for some reason I wasn’t as consistent. Is it a face lift, no, but I see a better skin texture, and some tightening on my jawline also a slight lift to my eyebrows. At night use the Gua SHA on my face neck and body it relaxes me and i feel pampered.So combined I guess I get something worth showing for my efforts 😀

    Thanks a lot for the video. I was always intrigued by this device but never bought it because i) it takes time and effort and I know that I wouldn’t be consistent + ii ) I’m not really convinced about how working on muscle can have a LT anti-aging effect. I saw a video from Doctorly and they were quite clear about the « effects » 😂 and the other videos about it on YT are more anecdotal.
    I liked your honest review and you see the marketing trick of nuface about giving you a gel full of humectants thus you think and see that your skin is already better 🙃 but it’s temporary.
    I have the LED mask from currenbody too and I’m able to be a little bit consistent (but in waves 😜). I use it in the morning just after waking up : I stay in my bed and put it on, still half asleep. But when i wake up late I don’t have the time …. All in all I can use it easily. I do the décolleté and the hair also but it’s really when I have time.
    I don’t know if you saw one of the last video of Cyrille Laurent (sorry it’s in French) ? He collaborated with Nooance to have a LED mask better than the currenbody. I won’t buy it but I keep it in mind if I have money to spare one day or if my currenbody is end of life.
    NB Nooance is a new French brand with a lot of actives in their serums. It seems very very nice but also very pricy (and most of the serums are 20 ml). I’ll like to try it one day (when the prices of electricity and gaz will go down 😅 )
    NB 2 Cyrille Laurent also made his own hydrating essence with elements that you find on your skin. I’ll try it because I’m intrigued 😊 I’m mentioning it because you might want to try an hydrating serum / essence that isn’t again another HA serum….

    • @DoctorAnne
      @DoctorAnne  2 года назад +1

      No, I missed Cyrille Laurents latest video - I hope it has subtitles as my French isn't good enough to follow a skincare video I guess.
      The LED mask is much easier to use, which is why I do it very consistently as well, this one takes more commitment.

    After taking some time to look into these types of devices I have come to the conclusion that the people who see the most obvious results are those who already see changes in their face contours such as sagging. In fact, I haven't seen any who say they have not seen a positive change. I see many younger people saying that they can't see any differences and that's to be expected as in their cases it would only work as a preventative measure.

    • @DoctorAnne
      @DoctorAnne  2 года назад +4

      Yes, I think that is a valid point - if your skin is still tight, you probably won't notice any changes. I have (minor) sagging already and feel like I can see a subtle change, but it is always hard to judge your own face objectively, and pictures do not pick up on it.

    Hello from Montreal! Very detailed interesting video!Thanks! Does it encourage irritation? I had bad Covid last year...my skin suffered immensely...dryness...loss of firmness...bad irritation...redness! Can only use Avene creams...stopped any wellaging products. Thank God I have very good skin. You think ...that could be beneficial? Can I ask what do you think of Koreanskincare for sensitive skin? THANKS A MILLION!!

    • @DoctorAnne
      @DoctorAnne  2 года назад +1

      If used with enough conductive gel and on a lower setting it should not irritate the skin, so it might be worth trying it. And for Korean skincare: That depends. I think a lot of their products are great due to their gentle formulation, but they often use a lot of plant extracts and fragrance, which could be irritating - it all comes down to your individual triggers.

      Wow, that is much more expensive than the masks I am used to! • @DoctorAnne
      @DoctorAnne  Год назад +2

      That is a question best discussed with the person you get your fillers/ Botox from. With fillers it would depend on placement and fillers, but in general they shouldn't be affected that much. With Botox it is possible that the muscle relaxing effect doesn't last as long with continuous muscle stimulation, yes.
