This seems to be quite helpful for end user like us. I am working as bodyshop advisor in UAE in one of esteemed brand dealership. Yesterday the Audatex representative came for usual upgrade. Upon questioning he informed about Qapter launch (which is supposed to be by the end of this year in UAE market)and its benefits.
Lets hope for best
When replacing a part on the Audatex system I am now using and say part of the damage would be replacing core support - condenser I have to manually go in and change the included operation to mech rate . Will I still have to do that ?
When is this expected to come out for canada?
So are pre repair scans to be done on all estimates?
How do you print the included items on the estimate itself not a separate report?

So do I need to subscribe to TIS for Toyota, which is $500 per year? Then for every manufacturer that would be about $7000 per year or more. Is this right?
mine has RATES between VEHICLE and POINT OF IMPACT, and yours does not have this. Why?

im not seeing the advantages between using this or like mitchell? im looking for a way better system i feel like the UI on all these is like 1990 and very frustrating lots of extra clicking .
Does Qapter provide an EMS export with a similar file to Audatex?
