"I want to marry you....c'mon, let me in." Wow who would say no to that??

Not me, too
it's a little very very scary
@@cristinacontrerasortigoza5697 I'm with ya! In the back of my mind I'd be like, "This man IS going to murder me."
@@hannahmaria9021 In addition to Alan having that perfect (that fascinates me) voice of a villain, when he says that word well ... I wouldn't open the door. But in the end I was left with the doubt that it happened, does it end there? :(
OMG!!!🥰
Alan Rickman is HOT enough too screw!
I miss him 😥
He was perfect for this role, cor , what an extraordinary Story xxx💜🌹
20:14 was he purring?? Proof that Alan Rickman was definitely a cat!! Or at least became one if no one is watching.
My favorite part is when theyre by the bedroom door and he says “you weren’t in there” and she says “what if i was” heheh
SlytherinKitten- Hahaha. A not too subtle hint. 😜
Have you seen this compilation of AR’s theater pics. This channel is so amazing 😻 old videos of Alan Rickman absolutely divine

I am really worried by the fact that if I was the protagonist, I marry him without doubting xD

Mama im inlove with a criminal 🥺😂...
The visual quality of this video is about as great as my eye sight trying to watch things in HD without my glasses...

I wonder if Cuaron and Rickman ever talked about this on the set of Prisoner of Azkaban.
That was my thought, too!
I was surprised tho when I saw Alfonso Cuaron direct this.. meaning Alan has been met with him before.. yes, I also wondering if they ever talk about this or not XD
I would imagine the topic would have come up at some point, even them both saying “Hello, nice to work with you again.”
Oh yeah, this was from the 1993 "Fallen Angels" TV miniseries, nice!!! In the U.S., only the first season ever made it to video, the second season-- which was directed by Stephen Soderbergh, Bogdanovich, John Dahl, Jim McBride and others-- never did. Anyone have those that they can share online??
I love Alan❤
Only rejecting Laura Dern cuz there's a dead body in the house 🤫

He killed her
Aahhhh!!! So did she let him in? ahhhh!!!
moggfree Judging by some of her final comments it sounds like she did but we’ll never know for sure.
I think she let him in and he killed her. The proposal stuff was just a ploy so he could off her because she knew too much.
The tension!
bruh i just realized that’s laura dern🤭
I think the love is kill slowly
I have QUESTION. Does she know Dwight is murderer? I think she opens the door to him at the ending scene. If she know he killed Bruna, why open the door?
P.s. Alan rickman's sigh sounded so hot.
So is this the only episode?
So did he kill her at the end or they just get married?
Laetitia Deliot Her end. She is speaking throughout but not from earth.
Kill

Does anyone know the original name of the short story by Woolrich? The only time this title appears is in an anthology of his stories published in 1958 called "Violence", and in the copy on Amazon Kindle.Woolrich had a habit of later changing the names of his stories, and "Murder Obliquely" doesn't appear in any of his extensive bibliographies.
Well of course he proposes. She can't testify against him if she's his wife * evil grin * ....This is the second time I've seen this and I can never quite make up my mind whether Alan fits this film noire genre. Yes, he's playing American here and I can't help but think that he's not quite right for this period. Love him as always of course. Just think this might have worked better for him if this was an all British cast and it was set in post-war London. I'd believe him in it more easily then. Which is non aspersion on the cast. I think ALL of them were great. But if we go all American it might have made more sense to have someone American in Alan's role. Someone perhaps like Harrison Ford who seems to fit this genre better.
To Being Heard Media...Oh:-) finally i found a comment, which sounds like my ideas abt. some of Alan's roles. Most of ppl. here are charmed with Alan, but in my opinion, he played too many roles, which were not for him. Just wasting of time for such great actor.Personally I think he was so successful as prof.Snape, coz. he played there himself. A person, who lost something ( or somebody). and never found it again. Do i right?
I agree Li Tanja. I think he did take too many roles that just either weren't right or weren't worthy of him. January Man for example and Judas Kiss. January Man wasn't worthy of him. Judas Kiss was a bad fit. Blow Dry I'm not quite sure of. That film was like a discount The Full Monty without the nudity. And as much as he might hate to see it, I think you're right; in a way, playing Snape was playing himself or rather a character type he not only mastered but owned. Because HE played Snape I now think you may have to wait 10 years at least before anyone else could play him onscreen, Alan's version was THAT good.
I think he perhaps didn't understand his appeal, didn't accept it, or just wanted to do something different and didn't choose well. Sometimes he got it beautifully right as with Snow Cake, Sense and Sensibility, or Something the Lord Made. Other times - yikes! And I also agree, it seems most fans tend to just uncritically accept everything he does. I can't do that. As far as his fit for Snape type or Hans Gruber type (in Die Hard) roles, he may or may not have been happy with being perpetually cast that way, but I got a chance to get his autograph after one of his performances in the play Seminar in New York. And the ENERGY coming off that man, even when I know he was tired, was like WHOOMPF! it was like being hit by a wall. I'll never forget it. So he I guess he just maybe couldn't accept the TYPE of appeal and/or energy he naturally carried with him.
As for playing a person who lost something or somebody and never found it again - I think that's a brilliant observation. He lost his father to cancer when he was 8 years old. And he's quoted as saying that his mother remarried once then divorced and never married again because there was one true love in her life. Wow. I can't imagine. But you may be hitting on that part of him that may or may not have finished grieving his dad. Not to say he had a complex or anything. Just that he carried that loss with him always. I never thought about that. Thanks! But yeah, you're not alone. I don't think everything Alan does is wonderful, lol.
Dear Being Heard Media.
Thanks for the answer! It was really unpredictable. I had left my notice, but didn't suppose to get the answer. It was a surprise! Anyway,it was a pleasant surprise:-) Thanks again! The truth is-I wasn't Alan's fan, when he was alive. Here ( in Finland) we mostly don't know abt. him. Sure,we all watched HP movies, but that's all ( o,yes! Die hard as well:-) About my interest to Alan's work now:I think, sometimes, we need time to come to somebody in real or unreal life.Or,maybe,we have to grow a bit,to understand the inner world of the other person or,at least, try to understand. What is quite difficult in many cases. Your letter gave me a lot of different ideas, which i have to think over. I see clearly that you know much more abt. Alan than me.You even have seen him on the stage. I feel, you got a huge impression of that meeting with him in real life. Interesting! Very interesting all, what you said. Now i need time to think over your mail and i write you, what I think abt. some of your ideas. You said-very special appeal. What do mean? Some special energy? Maybe, this is smth. what made all his women-fans a bit crazy abt. him?:-) I dont know, what kind of energy he had,but i feel him as very sensitive( in my opinion too sensitive) and a bit depressive person. Sure,I can be wrong, but that's what i feel. What do you think?
Wish you good day!
With best wishes!
P.S. Didn't know, why, but could not send the answer in private way:-(
To Being Heard Media
I have written you, that i,m gonna think over your comments and then write, what I,m thinking about some of your ideas.I hope,it would be interesting for you ( your comments are wise and i like them very much!). My first comment will go to your public comment "Well of course he proposes". The short film Murder,Obliquely. You wrote"This is the second time I've seen this and I can never quite make up my mind whether Alan fits this film noire genre" I have seen this film a few times already and i had the strange feeling. It was like: everything is ok. The story is interesting( at least not too standard),cast is very good,Alan is perfect. But smth. was wrong. You know, like a small piece of sand in the eye.Impossible to see,but bother a lot. Then you wrote:" Just think this might have worked better for him if this was an all British cast ".I thought, why did you pay attention to this? What is wrong? All actors speak perfect english, everything is clear. Why the cast must be British? Then i thought..maybe the problem is in a different mentality? Ppl. from England and from the USA will behave absolutely differently in the the same situation. In this short story Alan played the "english gentleman" and american actors played just "americans":-)..I suppose, It brought a dissonance, which you felt. Because of this the final result was a bit unbelievable. Brits doesn't believe to american's actors ( I mean their behaviour in this situation) and" vise versa " . It doesnt work for native speakers from different continents:-) I guess, it makes Alan role in this film a bit out of place and time. Sure,in this case would be better for Alan to play with British cast ( you were absolutely right). No dissonance, mentality is the same.In my opinion, with British cast his role could be more bright, interesting and trustful.
@@beingheardmedia6339 I disagree. I thought he was very good in this role. I also don’t agree that he was unaware of the effect he had on women. He played enough sexually charged characters, particularly on stage, for him not to realize that. He poled high in surveys of the sexiest male actors. I think he was well aware of his appeal but tended to downplay it because he wanted people to appreciate him as an actor, not just as a sex symbol.
Wait...what? Directed by alfonso cuaron? The director of PoA????
😮😮😮😮
Laura fricking Dern!
Чем закончилось то? Дуайт и её убил? Алан просто великолепен, всегда, как жаль, что рано ушёл 😢
