Photography is absolutely stellar! Must've been in 2020 as KLM 747s started to disappear then. It's great the Dutch allow such clear views of the activity.

I have experience a landing similar to these while riding a military cargo jet. It's a very scary feeling when you see the run way sort of sideways to you, then the pilot tip to get one main gear on the runway so's he can straighten out the aircraft, just goes against all my logic.....but, hey, we made it.

It’s all fun and games watching this from the outside, but having been caught in an awful storm landing before I feel bad for the passengers..
Even for the ones that don't look too bad, you can see the tail going up and down by 10s of feet in fractions of a second (Use the window for size comparison to a human and watch how far it goes up and down). Must be a fun ride inside. Very jealous.

Best guess is that they didn't properly execute their landing checklists...preoccupied with the weather and flying a stable approach.
None of these planes are infallible. Accidents happen a lot. It’s unnatural to get up in the air in a multi ton coffin
