You are correct Mr Manyi . EFF MUST reject that immediate bail application that was approved and provided soon after she has handed herself over to the Courts. Why should she be treated special while she has committed a CRIMINAL OFFENSE ? She must be locked up for her case to be heard in court there after. She is a citizen that committed CRIME just like any CRIMINAL. She must be treated as such. Period !!
