I just checked it it's not down. The reason you may be facing this issue is the use of an outdated browser (MEGA recommends chrome for downloads from the hosting site i"m using which is MEGA) so try a different browser.
One thing I highly suggest you do. Their will be random people who will want to use this in their commercial game. I would really make it clear weather they can use it commercially or just what the copyright terms are on this pack.

Any tips or can you show me something that helped you learn how? On top of that, need to know how to animate. Let me know if you can help

About adding them, go to his assets folder and your game's assets folder and copy the assets from his to yours. Dunno if will work properly, to be sure you may have to copy all of his assets. Easy enough, isnt it?
why isn't there a demo scene built in? sorry if i sound lazy i just think it's a lot easier if I have a demo scene that I can refer to so I don't have to start new

mine didnt do the textures for the hand when i dragged the photo so i had to drag it to every little piece of the hand 1 by 1 it to soooo long please fix or tell me why that happened

Pro tip: You can make them into one mesh in Blender, using shortcut Ctrl + J.
