They spent nearly 300 million on THE MARVELS a MASSIVE risk with an INSANE budget... but THE INCREDIBLE HULK.... IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO MAKE!?!?!? One of Marvels STAPLE characters that made MARVEL what it is. The Incredible Hulk film with Edward Norton which is a phenomenal Hulk film is not even half that budget. They're liars.

I don’t know. I think they’re trying to throw us off. Cost was never the reason for using Hulk sparingly. Everyone knows it was the rights issue. For years, they’ve been saying they couldn’t do a Hulk film because of the rights issues. This sounds like confirmation to me that they do indeed have the rights back. There have been articles and videos speculating that marvel got those rights back, but they haven’t directly confirmed it yet. I think they’re doing it and are going to drop it as a surprise instead of announcing it years in advance. A Hulk movie is probably the most anticipated & certainly the most long awaited film from outta the avengers bunch.

Thing is, you can easily make a Hulk movie around $250M with just non stop action and that would easily make $1B. World War Hulk is one of many Hulk stories I want Marvel Studios to take inspiration from. But the story I want Marvel Studios to take inspiration from for a Hulk movie is the current Age Of Monsters storyline, that's happening right now. The main basis of this new run is literally the Hulk battling Eldritch monsters straight out of HP Lovecraft, that are sent after him by The Mother of Horrors. That ALONE is a plot that would earn the movie $1B. Easily! And if they'd make it an Rated R, Horror Movie as well, then that's easily around $1B to $1.5B right there.
Hulk is my favorite but I'm glad they won't do a stand alone movie. They'd just ruin it and there's not really been a good Hulk movie to begin with.
