Also noticed piston doesn't come all the way to top of cylinder!
4mm squish.
Piston should be flush at tdc.
Also at BDC the exhaust port is too low so piston half covers it!
The ports need moving up and metal machining off cylinder deck.

The black seals, there's one in each half of the crank case outside the bearings. Do you know where I can get replacements for those for this engine?
What is the spark plug recommended?
I can't get replacement Chinese one.
NGK equivalent?
i understand that a std craig style moter will produce about 3 HP...how much HP will this put out plz

i recently purchased this for a chinese 49cc engine 2 stroke.
after installing the product i have found the piston hits the spark plug and the head of the piston chamber doesnt seal air tight there for the piston pushes the air out of the cylinder head and doesnt accelerate due to this.
mine has blown up 3 times from the crank up and I installed everything the same as in this video. And the the motor was getting plenty of fuel with 25:1 mix, i dont get it

The music is horrible
I purchased the goofit full circle crank when I installed it in the case with gasket and reassemble engine. The problem is it shifts between bearings left and right.

The mini atv has the full circle crank. It seems the gasket for the case I have is too thick. So the cranks moves side to side alot. Like the inner diameter of the crank bearings are worn. I will have to disassemble engine some to show exactly what I mean.

We consulted the factory, and the factory replied that it needs to provide a picture of the original crankshaft, and there is a mark on the crankshaft to be photographed

I bought a pocket mini bike for 25$ and it already had this installed just needs a new sprocket and chain
Your lucky I paid 100 for mine and it's got a stock engine on it
