Hello friends. Today i will show you Rebuild 49cc Engine From Pocket Bike / Mini ATV.
I found this 49cc engine from Pocket bike / mini atv and decided to rebuild it. The engine did not start, I cleaned the carburetor, changed the clutch and installed a new starter cord. I repainted the housing with heat-resistant paint that withstands up to 700 degrees.
I like ur channel BUT that was more a thorough clean NOT a rebuild
Broken clutch, clogged carborator, broken incendiary cord,Repainted... I think that's it rebuld. 🙂

Not a rebuild, just a clean-up n engine swap.
Remove the head/barrel, split the casings ect, fit new internals. That's a rebuild mate👍
An engine rebuild usually involves rebuilding the engine.

Use caution when working on the clutch. It could contain asbestos in the pads and dust.
For the carb I would’ve got a new filter and the spark plug replaced too but other than that this was a cool restoration
Nice but you have to change the carb settings when the engine is running and warm.
He also needed to put the exhaust on since its most likely running lean

Right at the moment, when he kept the damaged gasket, I was like "I hope he doesnt..."
Then he cleaned the damaged gasket and put it back in.
I literally screamed at my screen "WHY YOU PUT THAT BACK IN! thats NOT how a REBUILD works!!!"
sadly im hoping to see the full rebuild of the engine, but it's more likely just on the outter side

Ur the only channel I can find with this motor does the sprocket of the motor need to be on left or right side of the mini bike I installed it n looked like it was rolling backward
Is the crankshaft in one of these replaceable and how would u do so
Its natural to fast heat the engine of 49cc 2 stroke?
these engines heat up very fast because there is small mass of aluminium. It just takes like one minute to warm it up good

This supposed to be a rebuild, so you wash engen whiteout talking it a part and at the end you show a brand new motor! Just please, don't call yourself a mechanic as it will be a disgrace to people who know casually mechanics

Far from a rebuild if your going to go thru all that work just take the extra ten minutes and crack the case check bearings maybe replace them. I would anyway maybe before you even started all this check compression to see if the rings are good still. And hell if thats to hard the modded engine is like 80bucks shipped on ebay and you dont have to do any of this
