Great tutorial!! I have a 07 Pilot that constantly drains a battery to the point of failure of the battery. (Replaced the Alternator) Could this cable be the culprit for the battery depletion?
I’m not an expert, but i don’t think the battery cable could be the cause of your battery draining problem. The alternator charges the battery while the car is driving, so if it’s bad, the car runs down the battery while it’s operating until it’s dead. So, it could have been your problem. I had a corroded battery cable once, and the car wouldn’t start because the electricity in the battery couldn’t get down to the starter, even though the battery was good. I guess it could be s corroded cable between the battery and the alternator, but you could go to advance auto (or elsewhere) and they can check if the alternator is working by measuring the battery. Maybe you have a light that’s on all the time, that drains the battery when it’s not in use, like in the glove box. Stick your phone in the glove box while it’s recording to make sure it goes off. I did have a car earlier in the pandemic that was fine before the pandemic when it was driven daily, but the battery would drain over a week until it wouldn’t start. Never found the culprit before i sold it. The last thing i have to say is you could buy a battery charger that you plug in to an outlet and hook up to your battery to keep it charged up.
There are a lot of online Honda parts stores. Just search for "honda parts online." Not sure which one I ordered from, or if I just got it from my local dealer, but here's a link to one of the online places: bit.ly/3CJRAGG I'm pretty sure that's the part, but you could call them to make sure.
Thanks for the video I figured out a lot easier way while watching this video without taking off the battery plate
Thanks for the comment!
This was the best tutorial I have seen for any type of replacement for a car. Amazing job
Thanks!

Do you have the part number for the replacement cable. All of the ones I'm finding are junk. Where did you get it?
