I promised to take better care of myself after, my near dead experience due to my High blood pressure, I’ve been on medication for several years, but the medication only suppresses the illness. I did my research, how the wrong food choices can affect the mind. I appreciate your saying how the brain is part of the body you cannot separate it. I experienced , negative thoughts, depression and hallucination and memory loss. I went on several juice feasting and raw foods. I was a vegan for 30 years, I decided I need to fast, after I did my research on fasting. I know for sure, I feel great no depression, thinking clear and more energy. Sadly it is quite expensive/difficult to find the right products when you live in a town where theres no market like this, also in a country where theres a lot fewer of these products to begin with. Especially coming from ok/good sources. Nontheless I am inspired, and I see evidence of it in my own life from the very beginning. I'll continue to integrate this further. imma p No I have felt amazing every since. When I was done I felt like a new person. I actually enjoy eating fruits and vegetables. I enjoy the feeling of a clean body. No pain or headaches. It depends on how a person breaks their Fast that will determine pain in my opinion. I chose Avocados, papaya, Mangoes, Bananas, smoothies, soups, then started getting into eating other foods.

I currently go to 3 shops to keep the cost down and I do not drive so its a challenge, but not impossible! I'm going to invest in a trolley to carry it all in and a touring cycle . My next plan is to buy a home with a garden in the UK to grow my own. What is your take on consuming non organic fruit and veg if need be? Vegan 6 years, living foodist 1 month and seriously fallen in love with this way of life. You take platanos maduros but not too much, you cut them in small slices (round) maybe 2 millimeters, you put them side by side on a plate you add very thin slices of sweet or regular onion, and then you add lime juice on top of it! If you like you can add salt too! It’s very tasty!

A vegan man tried all sorts of plant based food to fix his back injury, I can't recall what bone It was. None of the plant based foods he tried worked except for grass fed raw goat milk, his experience was purely anecdotal though. Secondly, black seed/Nigella sativa is very high in calcium. A vegan man tried all sorts of plant based food to fix his back injury, I can't recall what bone It was. None of the plant based foods he tried worked except for grass fed raw goat milk, his experience was purely anecdotal though. Secondly, black seed/Nigella sativa is very high in calcium. @arislatham my gut is very sensitive, i have blockages stemming from emotional trauma. Fresh fiber hurts so much.. I also seem to get deficient in nutrients very easy, makes me wanna eat more dense cooked food. What can I eat?
Soft fruits that are easy on the digestive system are your best choice... papaya, pears, watermelon, etc. You may also juice the cooked vegetables you're are presently consuming, the ones that are not juice-able need to be omitted from your diet
