I have aplastic anemia. Got it at 23 and went into remission in about 18 months. It came back 10 years ago (age 55) and it's worse and not going away. Hang in there. Yours might resolve. I hope so. If not, do your best. I think it gets a bit easier as you get older and slightly easier to control. Platelet transfusion down to 3 months. Total transfusion maybe twice a year. Running the gamut of antibiotics - now taking Tetracycline which seems to be working well. I have some good days.

Hello Mary. I was diagnosed with aplastic anemia last April of this year. Since then, I've been undergoing CBC and blood transfusion, if needed.
To be honest, I don't expect too much to get out of this illness. I am old enough to accept whatever fate is in store for me. God bless all patients of this disease.

Mestiri Mehdi For some reason accutane sounds very familiar to me. I wonder if I took that years ago. I gave all my previous medications to the doctors and they never found that they were a source for the Severe Aplastic Anemia but it makes me wonder if there is a connection. Praying all goes well for you. God Bless! ❤️

You didn’t say enough about how bad the smell of the cyclosporine is! We found out I had when I was playa game of soccer and would come out with a record of 26 bruises. Every week on Wednesday I go up to Children’s Healthcare Of Atlanta. My numbers have be moving a little down the past couple of weeks.

Ok, now I watched the full video MJ. You’re telling your testimony, it’s your life and your story. No need to be insecure about what someone else may find “cheesy”. In order to tell your testimony accurately you need to be able to replicate all those feelings and concerns accurately to another.
You’re talking about you…I’ve met you and you’re not cheesy….and this is the internet, where there’s always someone striving to be “offended”…

Talk of blood transfusion but I really don’t want to be messed with at this stage.
