If this band had been from the 70s 80s, all their songs would be classics by now. It's crazy we have a band that's pulling this off in this day and age!
It's not, that I don't hear, that his voice is full and sonoric and he has that kind of voice, which makes You feel he can do it effortlessly. There are moments, but I simply hope, he will not sound forever like a boy, instead of a man. I can't believe I said this, because in general, I like very much youthful sounding men. Not that I constantly prefer these voices, but I just want to explain it more precisely, that on the other hand, this "sound like a man" doesn't mean to me necessarily very low sung vocals or any other characteristic which refers to generic masculine atributes for the vocals of a man. I don't know, but it feels to me he tries to compensate this by a kind of grunting ( sorry perhaps not the right term). I like how he does it in Safari Song and Highway Tune and in whole I like his vocals most on their album From the Fires.

You know it's a zeppelin influenced band when you can't find a bad song between any of them. GVF definitely has their own sound no matter how many people like to say it's just a modern zeppelin band it's kind of true but only in the sense that you can't find bad music between the two bands that's just how you know they're kick ass and they'll only get bigger.
