After following your exercises 2-3 times I already see my upper lip is more defined and raised. .. more upturned. The lines are diminished. I will continue with these massages. Feels wonderful.
You're good at facial massage. The big problem people eat a lot of sugar and trans fat that aged the skin. Foods high in sugar or refined carbohydrates affect collagen fibers. This process is called gyration: the sugars attach to the collagen in the skin, causing it to harden and damage. I am 67 years old I also massage my face and I use good nutrition I have no wrinkles at all. And I use cheap skin care, collagen, which is important for healthy skin that is not expensive shin care.
I absolutely love this short video-- so incredible how my lips tingle after completing these techniques. Noticed a difference right away. Will continue to do this 2 or 3 times a week for sure.
