Tightens in an instance) and marionette line massage (I am hoping it helps with an already droopy mouth) daily. I have been doing face massage too, sometimes with the 3-D rollers suggested by you (not too frequently because of the thin subcutaneous fat under the face). Do you suggest I do this massage daily? Also, do you believe in face yoga / face exercises for anti-ageing to add to these massages? Please advise as I am lost with so much information on the net! I am so happy I found you! I am 68yo. My face sag more on right due to accident 40yrs ago leave deep scar in my right jaw. Over the years cheek sunken and nasolabial line on right more obvious than left side of face. Appreciate very much your advise and recommendation. Thanks. 2:12
Hi Aysel, thanks for the videos and your work in teaching us! When I get to Step 3, I feel quite sensitive along the lymphatic nodes in my neck. Yet on the other steps involving them all the way to 16, I don't feel the sensitivity. Is this normal or are the lymphs clogged up or other? What are your thoughts?
I've been loving your viedos!!! Even my dermatologist who does my microneedling asked me what I have been doing!! I have a question when you mention the amount of fat tissues. I have a thin v shaped face , no wrinkles yet( 44yrs old) but do have slight nasal folds and a bit of a droopy mouth...but not full in my face. How often do you recommend this message?
