We recently visited to Jog Falls.
We took a train to Honnavar from Madgaon (You can check Our GOA-Beyond the Beaches Series on our channel). This vlog is about reaching to Jog Falls from #Honnavar by KSRTC Bus and visiting the majestic Jog falls.
Travelling by #KSRTC Bus is the cheapest and convenient option for Jog Falls.
During our research about reaching to Jog Falls, many people were suggesting to take taxi, which will cost around 2000 rs. But few people were telling that buses are available but not frequent.
So we decided to go there and take decision as per situation.
And What, Finally we got Bus for Jog Falls easily and this trip to #JOG was very budget.
Hope many people will get answer about how to reach Jog by Bus ?

If you want to visit jog falls, rainy season is right time. Else not that much water present in falls.
It's better to take train to talaguppa rather than going to honnavara.

How many steps are there approx to climb and see the falls? Also do you know if connectivity with gokarna is good?
Actually we went from Goa to Honnavar, the. Took bus from Honnavar to jog fall. You can also go from Gokarna to Honnavar and follow the same.
And we did not went down..so we don't have any idea about the steps

we are going to stay 1 day at jog fal
This was in September. We know about morning bus. You can ask auto drivers at railway station about bus timings.

This an old Video latest view of Jogfalls is water levels are not more as what you are seeing in video it's more good to see 10/10/2019 despite of so heavy rain they are saving the water for electricity they are making money that's it it depends on the person who opens the valves then we can see the good view 😓😓😓

A little help, we are planning this weekend, can you tell me how frequent are buses from honnavar to jog falls, like can we get it around 11am, moreover can you tell me from jog falls wether there were any buses to kumta Or gokarna, thanks in advance
We took morning bus. We are not aware about frequency of buses. You can check with Honnavar KSRTC bus station or call their helpline.

It was around 7:30 am and we took 8:00 am bus. Intro video was shot while returning to Mumbai.

It was around 2:30 to 3 hours in bus
