Cosini | Guild League PvP Test June 19th Balance Patch

- Hello fellow wizards! I have returned from a break and come back to this interesting balance update.
My thoughts after the first day of nonstop rbf/g league:
- Staff skills suck now because downranking doesn't increase damage, use for cc/sa only.
- Pet swap and staff super armor has DR now, so you can use them safely without exploding.
- Eva still feels strong, but sacrificing ap to gain more evasion feels SO BAD now, not recommended.
- AP feels like it's the best stat in the game now, solo killing people feels impossible, don't ever go without your team.
- HP on hit elixirs feel giga strong now.
- Shield classes/zerks are immortal, don't even bother trying.
- J doesn't know how to take things slow and flopped us from a one shot meta to a tank meta in one quick update, clownge

@@Cosini they said that there will be balances updated to damage of the classes, but i dont belive them so far they make everything worse

Hello, fellow awakening wizard here, love your videos man!
After a couple of days testing and pvping, I think it's obvious that you sacrifice too much ap for evasion with these changes. Although I still feel pretty tanky with evasion, I can't kill anyone. Would you suggest it's time to bring the old dusty nouver out and switch to DR gear from now on, or sit on evasion and wait (copium) for possible changes in the future ?
For me personally. I'm waiting a little to see if there will be more changes. and if not I'll go from there

@@Gasius Maybe. But they just announced fg weapons. So Eva might be decent still

Evasion used to be that if you had enough, you just top off any minuscule amount of damage with auto HP pots. Now it feels like you're slowly dying. Then, because you sacrificed AP to get evasion, you can barely do damage to DR players while DR players can slowly kill you.
Everyone is selling centaurus belts and I'm here holding the bag because I huff the copium that changes will be made to fix this mess. This is coming from an awk striker/wizard player.
Evasion still feels tanky, but yea you lose alot of damage putting on accessories now..its definitely less good then before

That last comment in the description hit the nail on the head. That and they can't figure out problems before they are embarrassed by them. So we keep getting moving targets, that are caused by knee-jerk responses to unforeseen problems THEY cause in the meta. They think balance is give something; take something away, not painstaking fine tuning, which is what it actually is. I hope they will just leave us the f alone after we are balanced again. Drop content and stop shuffling the stats and classes. Hang in their Cosini, hero amongst awake wizards.
Yea they do massive overhauls instead of fine tuning. And it's always an issue. It's just so annoying man. And I agree we need some content

This is a great example of "stick to the devil you know"... This was a huge change just dumped without testing..... I wondrer what KR thought of the change?
They tested in on Kr server
From the small content I've seen KR doesn't seem happy either

did you change anything on your gear for this one?
Not yet. I kept everything the same on the first day I'm gonna be changing stuff now to see whats good
@@Cosini if you are able to, can you give also a gear suitable for those not having pen debos yet. Should we like go tanky or be still a glass cannon
with these changes it feels like there is no viable build without debos, even im lacking damage because I dont have 3 set

first people cryed bcz one shot fiesta and quit , now people cry bcz other people are tanky and quit . Pls use nouver next time and get debo sets !!! ohhh and u are evasion wtfff !!!! change the gloves (they buffed every piece of armour btw )
Easy to say. I've been evasion since 2019, I can't just spawn in full bis Dr setup. It will take time lol
@@Cosini well the meta changed with this patch and offcourse will take time for u to change your build.
I coped about the changes too because everyone all of a sudden felt super tanky, but also I was using PEN Blackstar, then I remembered I had a Nouver tucked away in my Storage and since Caphras event is active, made that sucka c19. Can tell you now that no one else tanky anymore and dies like normal again, the only tanky people now are the usual Evasion Meme players who reverted to DR Meme. And yes, Accuracy is dead so no need to run Kutum or BS as a Sub Weapon anymore, Nouver is meta in PvP once again, alongside Offin c19. Crazy how Offin is meta right? lol
People cry just learn proper combo and dont just 1-2-3 hits people insta kill

Dont stick to your old meta range classess fast pace classess kitting hit and running people but not actually playing that class
