Getting very snazzy with the tech effects! Great video. I think the AI has a place but could never beat human intuition. RPE still the best training dictator.

So many more elements that go into coaching and developing appropriate plans that AI really can’t compete with -> mostly the accountability! I’m only in the FB group bc I bought a plan (not coaching), and that gives me enough motivation to get my head down and do the sessions! I’m not sure if AI could motivate me in the same way!
100% the machines can never build that level of community/group empathy and support even our closed Fb community provides
I agree coach, technology can enhance but not replace.
Especially not someone as good looking and charming as me! 😂
I have used AI a few time writing ad’s for properties I’m listing for sale, I always have to go back and re-write them. I don’t see them replacing anything that requires human touch or feelings.
Agreed - works well to a point .. but the rework/quality concern would undermine 100% trust in it
