You won’t notice these things about new bulbs they aren’t visible to the naked ear or eye. Great though for emergency lighting to bring inside . Bravo .

These are not on the same wavelength as the lights I recommend for SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), but then again, they are not intended to treat SAD.
I know from experience that some light is better than no light.
I'm amazed that these solar lights are so cheap. They won't get you a normal lifestyle in a SHTF situation, but they will help to normalize your mood a bit by shedding a little light on things.

Put them on top of a milk jug and it will increase the light 10 fold! I’ve got lots of them.

I've done that with milk jugs as well. Filled with water. Thanks for the thought

Update: both lights are still going strong. They've been shining every night since this video was made.

Those things always burn out pretty quick on me and become plastic junk on my lawn

I haven't done any tests on the longevity of them. But as we speak, I'm putting it through a daily charge and discharge cycle. We'll see how long they last. 👍

Whatever light you use make sure it’s incandescent. Blue light will mess with your quality of relaxation and sleep .

Make sure the light is incandescent not blue light . The new light blurbs have a flash , hum and harmful disruptive color makes sleep poor.
