Oh my god. If you don't want to react to dance practices, that's totally okay, but really I personally LOOOOVEE dance practices and I totally recommend you to watch more of these (not only BTS's). You think you can see sharp moves on MVs? Wait until you see the dance practices. I think it's because they use simpler clothes and setting (background etc.) so I can see their moves more clearly? And when I watch these I can really see and imagine their efforts. I really love dance practices and I recommend you watch dance practices of BTS, Vixx, Seventeen, Nine Muses, GFriend, and Infinite. They're dope.

Yes there is a choreographer behind EVERY KPOP Idol group dance. They are professional who are hired by the entertainment/company and they are expert dance teachers who comes up with the routine. It isn't always a single dance teacher because they need the choreographer and substitute dancers to be able to visualize where each member are moving to and how to switch out the current singer for the next person; hence forth the smooth shuffling with little to some problems. The point of an KPOP Idol group while performing the dance; is to center the attention onto the person currently singing. Hence why there is always a "center" that the other members surround and hence why the constant shuffling around the stage into different formation. There are always key dances to EVERY song which you can practically say it's their signature move for the song. Usually it's the chorus part that holds the key signature move for the dance. Anyways; yes a KPOP group's life is very harsh. Couple of years of dedication to singing and dancing plus, an Idol's training regime even includes on how to walk (especially for females and that's why you see those fancy leg over leg model walk), behavior on programs, beauty products to maintain a beautiful face, hair care, etc you name it. They have to learn it all and get into a routine of applying it to their daily lives during their trainee year. Because the ones dedicated to everything that is necessary to become an idol, has the higher success rate of debuting in a group. Those who sacrifice their time to do this idol training regime; once they debut and hopefully make a name for themselves; it is just a stepping stone for some of them. There are those who wish to debut solo and use a group as a stepping stone. Watching dance practice videos will give you a different outlook on how dedicated KPOP Idols are to their career and it also shows how hard it is too. Especially for the males; they have the more complex routines compared to the girls. And then once you start watching KPOP girl group's dance practices, it shows a huge difference on how girls use their feminine and sexy moves compared to the male's pop style. Have yet to see a girl group be able to perform like the boys....
I personally LOVE watching dance practices because you really see how much detail is in these dances sometimes man!! But if you want something fun to watch I would recommend 2PM - Go Crazy Dance Practice because it is hilarious!! XD
As idols, they practice 24/7 and live in dorms. That's why they slay so much on stage. It's all immense effort and hardwork 💕 BTS and Vixx have the most amazing choreography that I've seen in my many years of loving Kpop and I really recommend watching their dance practices~
I always love dance practices! With the MV or performances it's hard to get a sense of how all the choreo comes together. This makes it look even more impressive.
They have a choreographer but J-Hope helps make some of the coreo sometimes. Jungkook, J-Hope, and Jimin are the best dancers they dance by themselves sometimes

BTS dance practices are so much fun to watch! Even when they are messing around in their dance practices it's still so amazing! Also for Rob's sanity, the center is usually Jungkook then it's Jimin and J-Hope then V and Suga then Jin and Rap Mon in the very back. That is just what I've notice the formation usually is but there are times where they switch it up (I.e this dance practice).
actually later on bts said fire is the hardest to learn...mostly because they learnt it thru a video sent by keone madrid the choreographer, who also choreographed Dope.
+Alexa Planje still the main choreographer for the dance isn't with them it's was sent by him through a video and thy had to learn it from a video thats the point
+Miraa MRD either way they always gave their 100% effort in dancing. they never cease to amaze me whether it be a serious dance or just chill out dance. i stan the right group!
BTS has an in-house choreographer and his name is Mr. Son! He has done a majority of their dances and if you look closely at some of their live performances he is sometimes a backup dancer! His Instagram is also really precious because he is constantly posting pictures of BTS just showcasing how proud of them he is. They are known for their hard dances and Mr. Son is a huge person to thank for that.

Danger choreography is one of the most difficult ones in kpop, it has many points, switching, sharp moves and it's so tiring, I believe this is the one where they had to practice for 14 to 16 hours. Truly amazing!

while there's no doubt that bts's popularity is largely in part due to how talented they are, you can't forget that good marketing plays a big role too. there are groups who work just as hard as BTS and produce good work that just never get any recognition because their label doesn't know how to properly promote them (ts with b.a.p, loen with history, etc) and it's unfortunate. i love bts and have since their debut but it's sad to see other groups working as hard as bts does and not even getting a decent fraction of the popularity bts gets. but for real, this dance practice is one of my all time favorites! you guys chose a good one to react to.
A small company that knows how to do good marketing. I believe that's what the person was referring to, since there are also big companies that don't do good marketing so their groups struggle to get recognized. Since no matter how much talent or effort an artist puts in, they won't get recognized if their company doesn't PUT them out there, you know what I mean? that's why we are all so grateful towards BigHit, they haven't let the fact that they are a small company stop them and have promoted BTS all they can

Of course, there are many factors that contribute to the success of a singer or a group in the music industry such as good marketing or luck… But Talent comes before all else. And to me BTS have undeniable talent. Maybe she feels unfair for other groups but I don’t go along with that. I didn’t just listen to BTS before. I also checked out songs from other groups but I didn’t like them. So Just sharing my opinion.

Had the biggest smile on my face when I saw u did a reaction to BTS' dance practice :)). U do know u're going to get so many dance practice requests after this? Lol. Seriously tho, BTS dance practices and Bangtan Bombs are v entertaining to watch and muss over due to the fact we get to see so many diff sides to these boys.
Could you do a Song Mino (of Winner) double feature? He did collabs for two different shows and they're AMAZING!! The first one was on a show called "Hip Hop Nation" where grandmas compete to see who's the best rapper while working with hip hop rappers and producers, and Mino collabed with one of the contestants on an episode where the theme was about family. All the other groups had sad or mellow songs while their song was dissing her daughter XD" (which is why it's called "Don't Call Me Mama) And the other one (most recent) was on Show Me the Money 5 (SMTM5) where he featured with one of the producer team's songs (team YG because YG fam), and Mino's rap was FIREEEEE (and faster than Winner's comeback lol). Also bonus is that one of the producers representing YG is ZionT (joining YG a while ago) and he moves a lot in this song which is a first. Another bonus is that it's called "Machine Gun" so SHOTS ARE FIRED!!!!
They do have a choreographer. But they're so brilliant. That's why they're my bias group. If you were looking for a group who create their own choreo, you should check out Seventeen's dance practices.
I really wish you would listen to their other songs too, ones that aren't the title track song because you haven't been able to see their deeper and more emotional songs. Most of my favorite songs from them aren't the title track songs/mv songs since those songs (imo) are supposed to be flashy and attract attention. Please, please, please react to songs like "dead leaves," "house of cards," "hold me tight." But especially to "Tomorrow" with the eng lyrics (produced by Suga and he started the idea of the song when he was still a trainee, completely uncertain if he would succeed) and the LIVE version of "Born Singer" with eng lyrics (their own take on J. Cole's "Born Sinner" and the lyrics really show their love for singing/rapping).

To be fair it's not only BTS who has hard choreos. Sure, all of their dances are really intense, but other groups have had some really good dances.

And the other one (most recent) was on Show Me the Money 5 (SMTM5) where he featured with one of the producer team's songs (team YG because YG fam), and Mino's rap was FIREEEEE (and faster than Winner's comeback lol). Also bonus is that one of the producers representing YG is ZionT (joining YG a while ago) and he moves a lot in this song which is a first. Another bonus is that it's called "Machine Gun" so SHOTS ARE FIRED!!!!

I really wish you would listen to their other songs too, ones that aren't the title track song because you haven't been able to see their deeper and more emotional songs. Most of my favorite songs from them aren't the title track songs/mv songs since those songs (imo) are supposed to be flashy and attract attention.
Please, please, please react to songs like "dead leaves," "house of cards," "hold me tight."
But especially to "Tomorrow" with the eng lyrics (produced by Suga and he started the idea of the song when he was still a trainee, completely uncertain if he would succeed) and the LIVE version of "Born Singer" with eng lyrics (their own take on J. Cole's "Born Sinner" and the lyrics really show their love for singing/rapping).
i enjoy the genuine awe and shock. cause that's what I did too the first I watched it haha

you should watch more Dance practices tbh, they re awesome. especially SPEED dances, but they are sooooo underrated
if you like bts' dance practices, then you should definitely check out vixx's dance practices because those guys are a sight to see! i recommend watching their dance practice for chained up and error :)

when it comes to allot of things like dancing for example they are very disciplined....non stop practicing until they get it right!

You really need to see dance practice or dance version MV of other groups, guys. KPop industry is insane! Idol is not a joke. It's a complete package. Good looking, sing/rap, dance, you name it. I haven't mentioned that there're also some of them who make their own music/lyrics. :o
Btw, please do see Seventeen dance practice. I heard that they made their own choreography.
