Silent Hill 1 era un juego muy experimental. Pero en vez de perjudicarlo, lo hacía más espeluznante y abrasivo. SH1 es uno de esos casos que lo hace difícil de replicar, hasta la fecha, ningún juego de la franquicia, ha logrado tener esa atmósfera sucia e inquietante.
