Anxiety with bipolar and PTSD. Tattoo design symbolism.

My name is Xanthe Wyse and my pages are Bipolar Courage and Soar Purpose. I have been diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and social anxiety disorder.
I was avoiding making a video today but I decided to so you can see a contrast in my mood. I have come down from the 'high' and my mood is a bit 'flat'. I am feeling a bit anxious but not extremely so. Just enough to be bothersome. I've been observing things that make me feel moderately triggered.
I use colour and music to try and escape from it. Today, I drew the 'tidy' design to extend my black cat 'survivor' tattoo. I'd already done some rough concept sketches.
Kite means 'to see' in Maori. I observe things that other people don't notice.
